安裝MDT2008的基礎環境要求：

1.  微軟的AD活動目錄；

2.  DNS DHCP;

3.  更新Windows 2003所有的更新檔。

1．安裝MDT2008：

2．選擇安裝所有的元件，以前BDD v2.5的時候規定不能更改BDD的安裝目錄，這邊我們也保持預設的安裝目錄。

<a>Setp2: Install Additional Components</a>

1.  安裝WAIK元件，MDT2008必須安裝的WALK的元件的版本必須為6.0.6001.18000：

WAIK 元件你可以在MDT的控制台上直接下載下傳後安裝：

2.  進行WAIK 的安裝：

1.       建立分發共享目錄(Create Distribution Share Directory)

2.       建立作業系統安裝源，Distribution ShareàOperation SystemàNew

3.       選擇系統類型，我們先選擇Full set of Source Files

共有3種類型，Full set of Source Files為使用作業系統源檔案;

Custom image file:使用Image檔案，可以為MDT Capture WIM檔案，也可以是SMS Capture的檔案，這一部分我們先講述使用源檔案進行安裝的方法：

4.       選擇Windows XP SP2源檔案的路徑

5.       作業系統描述Windows XP Professional SP2

6.       加載常用的驅動，這個實驗中我們就加載網卡的驅動。

7.       選擇驅動檔案的位置

1.       建立任務隊列，右鍵Task SequencesàNew

2.       填寫必要資訊

Task Sequence ID:LTIwinXP

Task sequence name: install windows xp use Source Files

3.       因為我們安裝的是XP的系統，選擇Standard Client Task Sequnce

4.       這個地方選擇我們剛才加載的XP作業系統。

5.       輸入序列号：

6.       輸入作業系統安裝過程中的一些資訊

7.       完成後我們右鍵建立LTIwinxpà屬性，将Format and partition Disk禁用，這樣安裝系統過程可以保持原分區

·         Lab or single-server deployment. Deploy source files from the distribution share created on the build server.

·         Separate deployment share. Create another distribution share on the build server or another network-accessible computer. The new distribution share will contain a subset of the files contained in the local distribution share.

·         Removable media. Create a DVD International Organization for Standardization (ISO) image to deploy source files. This type of deployment point is useful for deploying source files to mobile users and branch offices.

·         SMS 2003 OSD Feature Pack. Create a directory containing all the files required to customize an SMS 2003 Operating System Deployment (OSD) Feature Pack program. For more information about using MDT 2008 with the SMS 2003 OSD Feature Pack, see the MDT 2008 document, Preparing for Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003.

1.       建立分發點

2.       選擇Lab or single-server deployment

3.       分發點的名稱為： LTI Windows xp use sources

<a>Step6: Add application</a>

1.  在安裝系統過程完成後，我們可能需要自動的安裝一些常用的應用程式，在這份文檔中我們以Office 2007做為測試安裝。

2.       靜默安裝的指令為setup.exe /adminfile office2007.msp

Office2007.msp為靜默安裝的配置檔案。

1.       更新分發點選擇我們剛才建立的LTI Windows xp use sources

2.       刻錄生成的用戶端安裝盤

安裝盤的目錄：D:\Distribution\Boot、LiteTouchPE_x86.iso

<a>Step8: Deploy Windows XP</a>

1.       使用我們刻錄好的CD光牒LiteTouchPE_x86.iso在用戶端的電腦，從CD光牒啟動。輸入使用者名跟密碼：

2.       選擇你要安裝的作業系統，選擇我們剛才測試建立的Install Windows xp use source Files

3.       選擇安裝完成後需要安裝的應用程式，剛才在文檔中我們給大家示範了如何建立Office2007的靜默安裝方法
