postgres安裝

規劃資訊 安裝目錄: /opt/postgresql 使用者/使用者組：postgres/postgres 使用者家目錄/postgres 資料目錄： /postgres/data 日志檔案：/postgres/postgres.log 端口：5432

服務腳本中指定一些參數，可以修改(但是要注意<code>selinux</code>，selinux關閉可以随便修改，沒有關閉，要添加到selinux政策中)

資料目錄： /var/lib/pgsql/data 使用者/使用者組：postgres/postgres 可以添加 -l 指定log日志
