Portal for ArcGIS 資源承載資料類型

在Portal中資料主要分為兩大類：Web内容與桌面内容。對于Web内容與桌面内容中的每個項目（item）又被具體分為maps，layers， styles， tools，applications，和 datafiles；

在web内容中，地圖對應Web maps，圖層對應不同的空間服務内容，工具對應不同的地理處理工具，應用程式對應各種各樣的Web和制圖應用，資料檔案（datafile）對應可以釋出為地理服務的内容。在桌面中，地圖對應地圖包和地圖文檔，圖層對應圖層包，工具對應地理處理工具和位址定位器包，應用程式對應add-in插件和其他擴充程式，樣式對應桌面應用的樣式檔案，資料檔案對應不同的切可以通過Portal分享的檔案。每個項目（item）在Portal裡都是有一個URL位址的REST資源。除了類型（type）和關鍵字（typekeywords），還包括标題，描述，标簽和縮略圖。如下表所示的是Portal所支援的資料類型。這些在調用添加資源（addItem）接口的時候會被要求加上指定的項目類型。類型關鍵字（type keywords）會被自動的加載到該資源上用于在系統中搜尋該項目（item）。
