問題：沒有終結點在偵聽可以接受消息的 http://sdk999ws.eucp.b2m.cn:8080/sdk/SDKService。這通常是由于不正确的位址或者 SOAP 操作導緻的。如果存在此情況，請參見 InnerException 以了解詳細資訊。

解決方案：

　　把web.config配置檔案裡的http://sdk999ws.eucp.b2m.cn:8080/sdk/SDKService改為http://sdk999in.eucp.b2m.cn:8080/sdk/SDKService
