On May 17, Suzhou Telecom set up a "one-time-at-most" service window in 11 core business halls across the city, including Sanxiang Road and Renmin Road. Through the new model of "on-site acceptance + online remote", the service process is optimized, the service procedure is simplified, and customers are more convenient and satisfied.
In the Suzhou Municipal Hotline activity, Fu Qiang, Deputy General Manager of Suzhou Telecom, communicated with the audience and netizens online around the relevant hot spots of people's concern, patiently answered the questions raised by users, faced the people's "urgent, difficult and longing" problems, and built a bridge of understanding and communication between the enterprise and the people.
