As a wanderer who walks far away in the world, his hometown is the person who holds the kite string, and it is the concern that can never be parted. Therefore, any bit of information from the hometown is worth thousands of dollars.
In 2014, I received a copy of Xincheng Literature, which was an internal literary exchange journal sponsored by the Xianguan Branch of the Shuyang County Literature Research Association, and its binding and style were almost the same as those of "Novel Monthly" and the original "Youth" magazine. Although it is only an internal exchange of information, for me, it is no less than the plum blossoms sent by my confidant, because I am eager to get information about my hometown and understand the changes in my hometown. Is it still the customs of my hometown,—— or the hometown of my childhood?
"Xincheng Literature" is an internal publication similar to a literary magazine edited by several retired cadres from my hometown Xianguanting (Town), and the content is rich and colorful: novels, poems, essays, local scenic spots, character stories, wild history and legends, calligraphy and painting...... To exaggerate, it is an encyclopedia of the hometown.
A copy of "Xincheng Literature" has shortened the distance between Tianya and my hometown, and let my hometown lie quietly in my hands, lying on my bookcase, and accompanying my pillow.

Time flies, and the stars change. Inadvertently, "Xincheng Literature" has been with me for about ten years, during which time the literary journal has kept pace with the times and changed its name several times: "Yu Ji" by the hero Xiang Yu of the first generation, is now renamed "Xianguan Pavilion" with strong local colors - Xianguan Pavilion, famous for an ancient legend, which is still famous today. However, no matter how the name is changed, she is from the Xincheng Literary Society of Xianguan Town, just like Zizhan, Hezhong, Dongpo Jushi, and Tieguandao people, all of whom are Su Shi.
In the 3,600 days, I appreciated the beautifully written vegetable garden memoirs series by Xia Bingwen, a writer from my hometown, from "Xincheng Literature", which took me back to the romantic years when I was in middle school; Mr. Li Guodian's philosophical essays make me taste fragrant and full of life; Bao Quanye's poems, Yang Hegao's folk literature, and Li Hanqiao's prose works exude the unique earthy fragrance of Xianguan Town, and are embellished with the elegant charm of spring and snow. In particular, the ink marks of calligrapher Li Guojian, like plum blossoms, can bloom soft flowers with vigorous will to fight snow, and can bloom soft flowers, and the smoothness of the pen is comparable to the Huaishu New River on the east side of my house, so that I can swim again and again when I am a child, return to my hometown, and return to my mother river. There are also those well-known painters, whose wonderful paintings have made me walk in the famous Xinhe Flower Township many times, wander in the picturesque Xianguan Town Park, and stop in front of the statue of Shen Kuo, a scientist of the Northern Song Dynasty and the chief bookkeeper of Shuyang County......
This feeling of happiness and comfort can't help but remind me of the classic sentence written by He Jingzhi: I return to Yan'an in my dreams again and again, and hold the pagoda mountain with both hands.
Some of these writers and artists are already 80 years old, and in the garden of literature, calligraphy and painting, they are still like the villagers and elders who work at sunrise in my hometown, and they continue to study ink, dress up the beauty of their hometown with artistic colors, and paint a vivid humanistic picture.

Behind the beautiful literary flowers of "Xincheng Literature" or "Xianguan Pavilion", there are a number of lush green leaves, and it is their silent and selfless dedication and "foil" that make the literary flowers of their hometown bloom delicately and fragrantly. They are the editors of Xincheng Literature: Li Guojian, Bao Yilong, Yang Liqi, Hu Xinnian, Zhang Guohua, etc., the youngest of whom is in his sixties. The author knows that the publication of a journal must go through the following processes: manuscript registration, screening, editing, finalization, typesetting, plate making, phototypesetting, printing, proofreading, binding, especially proofreading, must be meticulous, in order to avoid the occurrence of sick sentences and missing words and typos, etc., the perfection of a book is closely related to proofreading.
This shows the hard work of the editors over the past ten years. What is even more commendable is that all the expenses of the publication of this literary internal communication journal over the past ten years have been raised by the editors themselves; Allow me to make an inappropriate analogy, if the editor's business platform is regarded as a frontier, then in this era of drunkenness and money, materialism and money first, it is difficult to do without Li Bai's indomitable march from Rong Dongzheng and the selfless spirit of Xin Qi's drunkenness to pick up the lamp and watch the sword. Therefore, I would like to take this article to express my deep respect to all the editorial staff, and also to express my deep gratitude to the far-sighted hometown government, without the support of the government, "Xincheng Literature" would not be able to walk on the land of hometown for ten years, or even longer.
Spring blossoms and autumn fruits. The fragrance is far away. Thanks to the sowing of spring and the sweat of hard work, there are fruitful fruits in autumn. In the past ten years, Xincheng Literature and Xincheng Literature Society have not only enlivened the rich cultural life of the local area, spread positive energy, and made achievements in promoting traditional culture, but also cultivated a large number of writers, poets, calligraphy and painting artists, whose works have won provincial and municipal awards, and even won national awards. Some are members of national, provincial and municipal associations. And when each member achieves achievements and receives awards and is praised, they also bear the imprint of "Metro Literature" to a greater or lesser extent.
If there is love in the sky, the sky will be old. The sky will be old, and people are not golden stones. It is hoped that the Xincheng Literature Society will cultivate more new literary talents, prepare enough stamina, and wait for the relay to jointly water and cultivate the small flower of "Xincheng Literature" ("Xianguan Pavilion") that blooms on the land of their hometown, so that it will grow into a moon that blooms in all seasons, blooms and grows long, and ranks among the hundred gardens of Chinese literature with its own unique fragrance.
