This is indeed an important issue that must be faced, because the vast sea of people is varied, and everyone's situation is different, but no one can guarantee that they will not encounter difficulties or even difficult moments in their lives.
I can't tell you a standard answer that works for everyone, but I can share with you two little stories – a book and a person who brings me knowledge and strength when I'm in a tough moment.
One book is the Xinhua Dictionary.
The first difficult time of my life was dropping out of school as a child. At that time, the children my age were in school, they were studying and playing together, and I was alone, herding cattle and mowing grass, very lonely. Fortunately, at this time, I got a copy of the Xinhua Dictionary.
