On November 4th, the 4th China International Import Expo was grandly opened in Shanghai. Wuliangye made a wonderful appearance as a core supporting enterprise and a diamond member of the Hongqiao Economic Forum, and set up a long-term exhibition hall in the display area of people-to-people exchange activities, comprehensively displaying the unique charm and profound culture of Chinese liquor inherited for thousands of years, and helping the economic and trade exchanges and people-to-people exchanges of this exhibition with practical actions. Entrusted by Li Shuguang, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, Jiang Lin, deputy general manager of the group company, attended the opening ceremony and inspected the wuliangye exhibition hall.
CIIE is the world's first import-themed national exhibition, an international public good shared by China to the world, and has become an important platform for international procurement, investment promotion, people-to-people exchanges and open cooperation. The expo was further expanded, with an exhibition area of 366,000 square meters, attracting 58 countries and 3 international organizations to participate in the national exhibition, and nearly 3,000 exhibitors from 127 countries and regions appeared at the enterprise exhibition, and the number of participating countries and enterprises exceeded the previous session.
The "Intangible Cultural Heritage" display area set up in the people-to-people exchange activities display area of the Expo mainly focuses on the intangible cultural heritage of humanity recognized by UNESCO and the intangible cultural heritage projects at the national, provincial and municipal levels, which is an important window for the world to understand China's rich and diverse intangible cultural heritage.
As the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage brewing technology and the typical representative of Chinese liquor, Wuliangye selects fine grain raw materials of sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat and corn, relies on the ancient cellar pond of the early Ming Dynasty that began in 1368 and has been continuously and uninterruptedly produced for more than 650 years, adheres to the ancient brewing technology that has been passed down for thousands of years and has been rated as a national intangible cultural heritage, and has achieved a national brand with excellent quality, harmonious taste and comprehensive wine taste, and a strong fragrance of a big country. In this exhibition, the unique water source, soil, climate, temperature, ecological advantages and extreme brewing, selection, aging and blending techniques of Wuliangye Wine are presented. At the same time, supplemented by Chinese elements such as plum bamboo, Chinese painting and calligraphy, it vividly interprets the long and thick historical heritage of Chinese liquor and Wuliangye, the unique and classic cultural heritage, the scarce value of ingenious brewing, and the openness and inclusiveness of Chinese "Hemei" culture. 501 Wuliangye, classic Wuliangye, the eighth generation of Wuliangye, international fashion Wuliangye, Wuliangye, Yuandingjingsheng and other products were all unveiled, attracting many domestic and foreign merchants to taste and exchange interaction.
