On the afternoon of November 2, Wang Qingjia, chairman of the CPPCC county committee, led a team to investigate the handling of the 2021 CPPCC proposals. Chen Fei, deputy director of the Education Bureau, attended and reported on the handling of the proposal.
Wang Qingjia demanded that it is necessary to strengthen the study of motions and incorporate them into daily work; it is necessary to strengthen the study of case-handling measures in order to ensure practical results in handling them; and to strengthen exchanges with the proponents to promote the handling of motions.
At the meeting of the CPPCC Committee on handling motions, Chen Fei made a report on the handling of education proposals at the fifth meeting of the Tenth CPPCC Committee of Guanyun County. CPPCC members Xu Jidong and Zhou Huabing respectively gave explanations on the two motions.
At Yunhu Junior High School in Guanyun County, Wang Qingjia and his party inspected the implementation of the school's "Proposal on Strengthening Publicity and Education on the Rule of Law on Campuses." Teacher Chang Yan introduced the school's practices in publicizing and educating on the rule of law to the CPPCC members. The committee members stopped for a long time in front of the calligraphy, paintings and seal engraving works of teachers and students of the school, and spoke highly of the school's practice of integrating publicity and education on the rule of law into the classroom and into traditional culture.
At guanyun County Experimental Primary School, Vice Principal Ren Jian reported on the handling of the school's "Proposal on Promoting 'Literature into The Campus'". The committee members observed Teacher Zeng Zhen's reading class and had cordial exchanges with Teacher Zhi Xueqin of the school's "Wind and Lotus First Bloom" literary society, hoping that the school would further expand the literary society and let more children fall in love with reading, writing, and literature.
Conscientiously handling the CPPCC's education motions is to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Constitution, and it is also a respect for cppcc members' participation in the administration and discussion of state affairs, and it is also an important work task of the education department. In the future, our bureau will further implement the work measures for handling proposals, comprehensively promote Guanyun education to a new level, and make greater contributions to the economic and social development of Guanyun.
