The four famous works were adapted into TV dramas from the Shandong Taiwan version of "Wu Song".

In 1979, the country's first meeting of television station directors broadcast the Japanese version of the TV series "Water Margin". The psychology of the Japanese is not understandable to ordinary people, and in the drama, Gao Li and Hu Sanniang talk about love, and there are often fragrant shots that are forced into the 26 episodes. This made Jin Zhao, deputy director of Shandong Television Station, who attended the meeting, very angry and ashamed. Shandong is the place where the story of the Water Margin takes place, and the treasures of the ancestors are ruined into this way, and he feels that this is a punch in the face of Shandong TV.
At that time, the Central Broadcasting Bureau advocated that qualified television stations produce their own TV dramas, and Jin Zhao found Zhao Changhai and Wang Hanping of the Shandong Television Literature and Art Department and decided to shoot Shandong people's own Water Margin.
The first attempt was limited by financial resources, and at first it did not play the banner of "Water Margin". Zhao Changhai and Wang Hanping started with the most popular Water Margin character Wu Song and wrote three episodes of scripts for "Drunkenly Beating Jiang Menshen", "Trapped in the Governor's Mansion" and "Blood Splashed Mandarin Duck Building", which were named "Wu Song Fa Match", and invited Wang Junzhou of the Shandong Repertory Theatre to serve as the director.
Wang Junzhou brought in help from his colleague Liu Liu, who played Changshenglin, a medicine farmer who led the way to the People's Liberation Army in the movie "Wisdom to Huashan".
The original choice of Wu Song was Ding Rujun, who later played Lin Chong in the Shandong version of "Water Margin", but Zhao Changhai always felt that Ding Rujun was more gentle, and it was at this time that someone recommended Zhu Yanping, who had just filmed "The Death of the Marshal". Zhu Yanping's character face, one meter and eight meters tall, is generally the same as Wu Song's "body is frozen and his appearance is magnificent" in the novel.
Zhu Yanping can play Wu Song, and I have to thank one person - Liu Xiaoqing. Zhu Yanping had the opportunity to play Qiu Hu in the movie "The Wilderness" after starring in "The Death of the Marshal", but the heroine Liu Xiaoqing resolutely opposed, and was replaced by Yang Zaibao in the middle, Zhu Yanping was depressed in his heart, and the invitation of his hometown TV station was not easy to refuse, and this line went out of the most successful TV image in the history of Chinese television - Wu Song.
After half a year of filming, in 1981, three episodes of "Wu Song Fa Match" premiered on Shandong Television, which caused a sensation overnight across the country. Television stations all over the country called Shandong TV and asked to give a set of tapes for them to broadcast, most of the Guangdong Fujian area watched Hong Kong programs, Shandong TV "Wu Song" was broadcast, everyone turned the antenna to the direction of Shandong, "Wu Song" was on fire!
CCTV also transferred video tapes from Shandong Tv and chose to broadcast them during the Spring Festival of 1982, which pushed the national "Wusong" fever to the climax.
Massive letters flew to Shandong TV like snowflakes, asking to see the full version of "Wu Song".
In June 1982, Shandong Television was full of spirits and filmed five more episodes in one breath. "Jingyang Gang Fighting Tiger", "Brotherhood Farewell", "Fighting and Killing Ximen Qing", "Erjin Cross Slope", "Erlongshan Juyi", and the earlier three sets became the 8-episode version of "Wu Song".
In 1983, the 8-episode TV series "Wu Song" was fully broadcast on CCTV in the anticipation of the 8-episode TV series, and during the broadcast of the TV series, there were few pedestrians in the streets and alleys of the country, and its influence was no less than that of the Hong Kong film "Shaolin Temple" in the same period.
The TV series "Wu Song" will undoubtedly be recorded in the history of The development of Chinese television, the success of "Wu Song" is inseparable from Zhu Yanping, so far there is no TV character adapted from the famous book like Zhu Yanping's version of Wu Song, which is undisputed and is recognized as the most classic image of Wu Song, CCTV version of "Water Margin" once invited Zhu Yanping to play Wu Song again, but Zhu Yanping declined, he knew that it was a peak that could not be reproduced.
In strong contrast with the "Wu Song" fever, several of the main actors in the play, except for Zhu Yanping, have not gone on the road of acting.
Mu Xia's version of Pan Jinlian won unanimous praise from the audience for "beautiful people and generous acting", when Mu Xia was a second-year student at the Shandong Academy of Arts, and later played Qi Guanshi in the TV series "Confucius", in order not to affect the integrity of "Wu Song", the last part of this video will have the latest image of Mou Xia.
Ximen Qing's actor Yu Zhijie is an actor in the Qingdao Song and Dance Troupe and is now the owner of a famous paper company.
The best way to acting is Shi En's actor Wang Wenjie, who has now become a director and has won numerous awards, including tv series "White Brow Hero", "Red Cross Square Team", "Genghis Khan" and the recent hit "Big Dye House" are all from the hands of "Shi En".
