It is understood that the elderly canteen is an inclusive public service, the project adopts the "1 + 3" model, by the Xiangqiao District Civil Affairs Bureau as the main body of implementation, the construction of "love catering industry franchise platform, Xiangqiao smart pension service information platform, charity fundraising, volunteer service platform" three platforms, the elderly meal assistance service with volunteer service, charity public welfare undertakings together to promote, implement together.
The service objects of the elderly canteen meal assistance service project are: the elderly with household registration in Xiangqiao District of Chaozhou City and the age of 60 years or older, after the information collection and application of the civil affairs department of the street town, are listed as the objects of the fixed subsidy for the elderly canteen meal.
