The confirmed case in Harbin has been to Heihe twice
On October 30, Xiangfang District of Harbin City reported that during the nucleic acid screening of quarantined personnel arriving in Heihe City, a case of positive initial screening infection was found, which was detected during home isolation, and was transferred to harbin Sixth Hospital in a closed loop, and the expert group diagnosed a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (ordinary type).
According to the notification, the confirmed person has traveled to Heihe City twice in the past 14 days. The first time was on October 15, this person arrived in Heihe City by train K7031 from Harbin, lived in Ouya Riverside Community on Huancheng South Road, Aihui District, Heihe City from 15 to 16, and returned to Harbin City on the K7032 train on the 17th. The second time was on 21 October, when the case again took the K7031 train from Harbin to Heihe, lived in the Ouya Riverside Community from 22 to 23 October, and returned to Harbin city on the K7034 train on the 24th.
Locally confirmed cases were detected in Heihe City on 27 October, and as of 24:00 on 29 October, the number of locally confirmed cases had reached 36. On October 30, at the press conference of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, Wu Liangyou, deputy director of the Disease Control Bureau of the National Health Commission, said, "The epidemic situation in Heihe, Heilongjiang has developed rapidly since the report on October 27, and according to the current flow and virus sequencing results, this epidemic is not related to the recent local epidemic in Inner Mongolia, Gansu and other provinces and regions, and it is a new epidemic caused by imported viruses." At present, the new cases are mainly detected through full screening and active medical visits, indicating that community transmission has occurred in the local area and that there is a risk of spreading spillover. ”
