"Hello, Anti-Fraud Center, just now you received a scam call, please do not believe ..."
At the police station of Beijing Fengtai Science and Technology Park, Daomei met Su Zicong, an anti-fraud police officer who was working. He used to be a special police officer of the "Blue Sword Commando", and now he has changed the battlefield. In the past, it was the scene of rescuing hostages and protecting the lives and safety of the masses, but now it is a telecommunications network blockade war, facing all kinds of fraud routines: impersonating leading cadres, impersonating the public prosecutor's law, shopping platform brushing orders, pig killing plate fraud, etc.
With such dissuasive calls, anti-fraud police officers make more than 100 calls a day. In addition to discouraging transfers, the police will also take the opportunity to popularize common types of fraud and preventive means for the public. With this step, each phone call should be called for 1-2 minutes more, and it is more than 2 hours a day.
"If your throat smokes, you have to fight." The more spit, the more peace the masses will have. Su Zicong said.

The Fengtai Science and Technology Park police station where Su Zicong is located has become famous for its anti-fraud work in the past two years.
In the elevator room, bulletin board, and table corner of the police station, short and concise anti-fraud advertisements can be seen everywhere-
6 major fraud methods are counted one by one: "Unsecured online loans pay money first, fraud; marriage dating, gambling investment and stock trading, fraud; customer service contact active refund, fraud; part-time brush single brush reputation, fraud; public prosecutorial and legal organs through telephone contact to let you transfer money, fraud; 'leader' through the chat software to let you transfer money, fraud ..."
These ads have been carefully designed, with more pictures and fewer words, which are particularly eye-catching. After each time the material is written, The Institute of An Wenli will also send the police to find different groups of people to try to read, the purpose is to let ordinary people understand it at a glance and remember it when they listen.
Don't underestimate these "nagging" advertisements, look at more, there will always be an impression.
"Good risk, almost remitted the company's 2.88 million yuan to the scammers!" A few days ago, Mr. Li, a tax officer of a company in Fengtai, received a phone call from a "tax bureau personnel" asking him to be pulled into the QQ group.
Go in and take a look, good guys, there are not only "tax bureau personnel" in the group, but also the company's "boss", a singing and a harmony, the "boss" in the group issued orders, asking Mr. Li to pay 2.88 million yuan to the designated account to "complete an important contract".
At the critical moment, Mr. Li remembered the anti-fraud advertisement released by Meng Chaohui, a community policeman, and "impersonating the boss to defraud the financial personnel" was one of the schemes. He dialed the boss's phone to verify the beginning and end of the transfer, only to know that he was almost caught, and he was afraid after calling directly.
Fengtai Science and Technology Park has a large number of high-tech enterprises, and there are 400,000 people in the jurisdiction, most of whom are floating populations, and there have been many telecommunications fraud cases before. In order to reduce the financial losses of enterprises, the police of the jurisdiction distributed letters to the financial personnel of enterprises and set reminders at the bank's public window.
In addition to letters and leaflets, Daomei also met many security guards in the science and technology park, who rode small motorcycles with small red flags of "anti-fraud" to walk the streets and alleys, put anti-fraud trumpets on their hands, and constantly repeated the sound of "XXX is fraud" to carry out anti-fraud propaganda to the end.

In addition, on the eve of the opening of the school, the police station will write a letter to parents to expose various fraudulent schemes; and issue license plates printed with anti-deception tips to drivers, which not only publicize anti-fraud knowledge, but also provide convenience for car owners.
You think that's all? No, the police can fight, and sometimes have to sing blackface in the jurisdictional company:
"Is the National Anti-Fraud APP installed?" "Did the new hires conduct anti-fraud training?" "Did the anti-deception knowledge organization in the work group learn?" In the face of the anti-fraud inspector's soul three questions, the person in charge of the company was dumbfounded, and it took a long time before he held out a sentence: "You listen to my explanation..."
"You, explain. Last year, the anti-fraud propaganda efforts were so great, the police station joint jurisdiction unit held a number of activities, which time did our company take the initiative to participate? I see that most of you are young people working here, the work pressure is high, it is not easy to make some money, this dynasty has been cheated, a few years in vain, do you wonder if this is the reason? ”
The police will deliberately choose to talk loudly in the company's public places, the purpose is to let more company employees hear, can remember at a critical moment, and one less person is deceived.

Anti-fraud is a very technically difficult job, and it is not just a phone call and a flyer. Sometimes the police do their best, but the process and results are not smooth.
When he met The Island Sister, the police officer Su Xingbo had something to say - yes, the voice of "I am Su Xingbo, a police officer of the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau..." after the start of each online ride-hailing trip, was recorded by him.

He played a mobile phone recording to the island sister, in which the crowd angrily returned to dissuade the police: "Trick your sister! I can't possibly be deceived! There are also police officers who plead close to the phone, hoping that the other party will believe in themselves and not be deceived by scammers, and once they are deceived, they are likely to lose their homes.
Su Xingbo still remembers that in 2015, an 80-year-old man was supported by his family and fell to his knees trembling in front of him. It turned out that the old man once mortgaged the house and was about to transfer money to the scammer, but was stopped by the police in time.
Not all owners will be so lucky. There have been old people who have been cheated out of 700,000 yuan of savings, because they were public officials before retirement, and the old people have great trust in the public prosecutor's law. The scammers take advantage of this to deceive the old man's wealth. Whenever he remembers being deceived, the old man can't stop trembling, and even relies on taking medicine to stabilize his physical condition.
It is precisely because of seeing more of these things that Su Xingbo and his colleagues never easily give up every dissuasion.
In 2020, a female college student was locked by the Anti-Fraud Center as a "high-risk user who was deceived", but the girl's phone could not be called, and the police contacted her father. The father insisted that "his daughter could not have been deceived" and refused to provide his daughter with other contact details. The police said that the father finally relaxed, and when the dissuasion information was conveyed to the girl in a twist, the scammer had successfully brainwashed and was about to take her to transfer money.
All police officers engaged in anti-fraud business know that the key to cracking down on online fraud is not to detect the case, but to prevent it. It is necessary to rely on effective propaganda to continuously enhance the masses' awareness of prevention.
Now, Su Xingbo carries promotional materials with him every day. The trunk of his car was filled with stacks of anti-fraud material he had written. On occasions such as the wedding of relatives and friends, the dinner of friends, etc., he will also lose no time in disseminating materials. Publicizing anti-fraud has become the norm in his work life.
According to the data, in 2020, a total of 322,000 cases of telecommunications network fraud were cracked nationwide, 361,000 criminal suspects were arrested, 272.2 billion yuan of funds involved in the case were stopped and frozen, 8.7 million people were discouraged from being deceived, and a total of 187.6 billion yuan of economic losses were recovered.
See how big that number is! This was successfully cracked and prevented. Loan fraud, single fraud, impersonation customer service fraud, pig killing plate fraud... Scammers are always "pushing the old and innovating", like wolves staring at lambs, and even the obligatory anti-fraud propagandists have been deceived.
Because of this, anti-fraud is a "always on the road" work, and it must always be unremitting and prevent and control the masses. From anti-fraud APP to relentless publicity, the police fight so hard that the people's money bags are not harmed by innocence. For us ordinary people, pay attention to things, don't be greedy and cheap, receive a scam call, you may wish to take a 96110 (anti-fraud line).
