Zhang Ailing said: Life is a gorgeous robe, which is full of lice, in fact, life is not as tall as you think, but it is not so bad, one day, you realize the four truths of life, and you will live to understand.
First, unsatisfactory is the normal state of life, and life is never perfect.
We all imagine life too perfectly, always thinking that we can do what we want, career success, love is happy, family happiness, good children and daughters, but the real life is always full of holes, there are too many regrets and incompleteness.
The ancients had a saying: life is not satisfactory eighteen or nineteen, can be indistinguishable with people's words; you must understand: unsatisfactory is the normal state of life, life has never been our wishful thinking;
We have experienced too many failures, disappointments, and failures; we have been hurt and treated unjustly; we have faced pain and suffering and helplessness every day, and we have a tired life, which is not what we want, but we must face.
The most precious thing in life is that in the face of an unsatisfactory life, in the face of life's pain and suffering and blows, you can still forge ahead, and you have the courage to find happiness, as well as the motivation to move forward, and you also want to find a beautiful part of yourself.
Second, if someone likes you, someone must hate you.
You must admit that you are flawed, you are not a saint, someone likes you must have someone who hates you, too often, our attitude and evaluation of others, always grumpy, we also hope to get others to understand and support and recognition, but it is almost impossible to make everyone satisfied with you.
There is a saying: you are not a renminbi, it is impossible to make everyone like you; you are too powerful, there will be people jealous of you, you are too incompetent, there will be people who look down on you; no matter how well you do, there will always be people who criticize you and pick bones in the eggs, so it is always too difficult to be a person.
As the saying goes: one person is difficult to call a hundred hearts, sometimes you always consider the feelings of others, but how many people can take care of your feelings? Don't think that sincerity can be exchanged for sincerity, sometimes good people may not have good rewards, it is better to adhere to their own principles of being a person, take their own path to let others say, stand upright and walk straight, the body is not afraid of the shadow crooked, in the face of others' sneers, gossip, directly ignore it.
People who do not live for others, do not be swayed by others; those who are good to you, you must double your kindness to others; those who are not good to you, you do not have to please, some people you pay more, he will not be satisfied, why should you wronged yourself.
Third, life is a process, everything will pass.
Life is a process of birth, old age, illness and death, everything will pass, no matter how poor or noble, the final result is the same, whether it is success or failure, whether you are proud or frustrated, you grasp in the hand in the end is empty, the Heart Sutra says that life is nothing, why take everything in front of you, cling to it, why torture yourself with your own obsession.
Life is to get while losing, how many desperate things to get on the road of life, once the time has passed, there is no value and meaning; we always want to have everything, but do not know that everything can not be kept, I am lucky, I lost my life, why always grumpy, what I can't get is destined not to be yours, let go will have liberation.
There is no so-called eternity in this world, and there is no such thing as eternity, no matter how young, how beautiful, how handsome, can not beat the sword of time; no matter how rich, how beautiful, how successful, how brilliant, but only a flash in the pan, in the end will be blown by the wind of time in the dust.
The world is impermanent, life is short, those who love us should not be disappointed, those who hate us should not care, everything in life must look forward, let go of the past, in order to meet the new life; letting go of others is to let go of themselves, too persistent, the pain is still themselves.
Fourth, everyone's life is their own cause and effect.
Planting melons to get melons, planting beans to get beans, everyone's life is their own cause and effect, how you treat others, how others will treat you, everyone's life is also matched with their own efforts, spring planting can be autumn harvest, a piece of cultivation will have a harvest.
There is no way out of blessings and misfortunes, but people call themselves, and the rewards of good and evil follow like shadows, and a person's good fortune and misfortune are in his own heart and one thought, in his own words and deeds; one thought is good, the evil is far away, one thought is evil, the blessing is far away, life can always and everywhere, do not act with good and small, do not act with evil and small, and there will be no disadvantage.
No one in this world can escape the law of cause and effect, good and evil will eventually be rewarded, only to fight early and late; how hard you work today, how lucky tomorrow, don't pretend that you are very hard, the result can not deceive yourself, everyone's success and failure will not be for no reason.
In the face of our own sloppy life, we often lament the unfairness of life and the unfortunate fate, but we do not know that we are the one who controls our own destiny, what you have done, life will give you back, how much luck is behind the efforts and sweat you have made; behind how much frustration, but the consequences of self-accommodation and indulgence.
