Application requirements

Recruitment methods
Recruitment is carried out in multiple batches, according to the time of resume delivery and the order of submission, organize multiple batches of recruitment (while recruitment is full) from October 2021 to March 2022, according to the number of places to be admitted in different batches, select the candidates to be admitted in each batch, and sign an employment agreement.

(4) Psychological assessment: Those who pass the written test complete online psychological assessment within the specified time;
(5) Interview: According to the declared positions of different batches of candidates, the list of interviewers will be determined according to the ranking of written test results, and the interview will assess the candidates' communication, logical thinking, adaptability, business direction, personal characteristics, job matching degree and other aspects;
(6) Sign a tripartite employment agreement: According to the candidate's examination results, combined with the results of psychological assessment, the total score is calculated with a certain weight, and the proposed admission quota is determined in turn according to the number of places to be admitted allocated by different batches and different positions, and the total score is ranked from high to low. After confirmation by the company, an employment agreement is signed with the person to be admitted.
