He not only rearranged and wrote it, but also tried his best to make this amazing masterpiece perfectly reproduced in the world, so that the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" seen by posterity was no longer the original appearance of the medical saint's writings, so the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" that was revived by the hands of the Taiyi Ling was even more incomprehensible.

You must know that at that time, the person who could hold the Great Seal of taiyi ling would never be just an administrative head like now, and Uncle Wang should be a well-deserved leader in the medical field. Such a figure should have studied the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic, but when reading the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" of the Medical Saint, there is really no other evidence to follow except that the human meridians and the six diseases of the Medical Saint are the same.

Now we know that in addition to the names of the meridians, the same name as the six diseases of the medical saint is also the six qi in the great theory of luck, which are also the same as the sun, yangming, shaoyang, taiyin, shaoyin, and yin, and the real person also follows the instructions of the preface of the medical saint, and from here solves the mystery of the millennium of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever".

Looking at how the Celestial Master answered, Qibo said, "Man is breathed in the valley, the valley is in the stomach, in order to pass on to the lungs, the five organs and six intestines, all are breathed, the pure one is the camp, the turbid one is the guard, the camp is in the vein, the guard is outside the pulse, the camp is endless, the fifty degrees are repeated, and the yin and yang are consistent, like a ring without cause." ”

In the preface to the Treatise on Typhoid Fever, the physician saint clearly states, "It is to diligently seek ancient teachings, to learn from all sides, to write and use the Su Qing, the Nine Volumes, the Eighty-One Difficulties, the Great Theory of Yin and Yang, and the Records of fetal medicine, and to make a flat vein of dialectics, and to combine sixteen volumes for the Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases." Therefore, the medical saints did not use more than these contents of the Inner Scriptures. Look at "Eighty-One Difficulties" again, but it is even more straightforward: "The heart is blood, and the lungs are qi." Blood is proud, qi is guard, and it is called honor and guard. Pass the meridians, and the camp is outside. ”

Understand, the heart is the main camp, the lung guard, so the disease of the camp guard is the disease of the heart and lungs. Is that related to the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian? There really isn't. But generations of physicians have tried their best to prove that "this can be done." So the bladder commanded the Six Classics and commanded the camp guards. How to lead it, the doctor always can't understand it, and the real people still can't understand it.

The three Yang meridians are all affected by their diseases, and they are not in the dirty ones, so they are only Khans.  On the fourth day, the yin veins of the taiyin were spread in the stomach, and the throat was in the throat, so the abdomen was full and overflowing.  Five days less yin suffered. The veins of the less yin run through the kidneys, are in the lungs, and are tongue-tied, so the mouth is dry and thirsty.  Six days of yin and yin. The yin vein circulates in the liver through the vagina, so it is full and saced.

The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classics is the founding father of Traditional Chinese medicine and a systematic programmatic guiding document, which naturally does not talk about it in general. Fever is a more alternative kind of typhoid fever, which is based on the Qihuang monograph to show future generations, the study of medicine is not clear here, to generalize the whole, to unify typhoid fever with heat, resulting in the fallacy of typhoid fever transmission. Scholars do not know this, so they think that the "Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic" is heavier than meridian acupuncture, and lighter than prescription medicine, which is like chicken ribs, and is discarded casually.

After all, Chinese medicine is a discipline that pays attention to practice, and in theory, it is not understood, so many famous doctors, have not been found in practice? In "On Typhoid Fever", the sun disease accounts for most of the space, and the doctor can have the feeling of typhoid fever passing through the passage in the treatment? Are the symptoms of the six diseases of typhoid fever and the symptoms of the six diseases of fever correspond one-to-one? Experts didn't say. I have also consulted With Gono Langzhong, he is dismissive of these small problems, and all the treatments are difficult and complicated diseases of typhoid fever. Oh, so it's no wonder that Ni Haixia spilled wild hair there.

However, the real person has learned the nonsense of the six dialectics, and the bladder on the back of the person has been scraped vigorously, but it has no inch. Such a misunderstanding that has no basis in theory and no evidence in fact can not fall for a thousand years in the field of typhoid fever in Traditional Chinese medicine, and a large number of doctors can follow the teachings in this matter, and the integrity is not doubtful, and it is really strange!

The Difficult Scriptures say that there are five typhoid fevers. Today, there is no such thing as typhoid fever or cold, and the language has changed, which is beyond reproach. Today, any cold patient entering any Western hospital, the doctor will first pick up the stethoscope to listen to the heart and lung sounds, that is, just out of the door of the health school, the rural doctors, all know this set of inevitable procedures, of course, some may also let the patient to do chest X-ray and other examinations. Because in Western medicine, the theory they learned told him that colds are related to heart and lungs. But even if that's all, our TCM is still circling around the bladder. Now doctors are writing about cases, and I can't really imagine how they ended up pulling colds and urine bubbles together.

The decline of Chinese medicine is obvious to all, and some people attribute this situation to the old-fashionedness of Chinese medicine, to the backwardness of theory, and to the classics. But they still can't understand that more than two thousand years ago, in the classics, the old ancestors had already spoken clearly and clearly.

Typhoid fever has never had six sutras, only later confused medicine.

The Outline of the Golden Plateau summarizes the outline

The "Outline of the Golden Plateau" and the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" are both outstanding works of Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty, in fact, Zhongjing only said in the "Self-Introduction to the Treatise on Typhoid Fever" (originally titled "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Stroke Diseases" in sixteen volumes", and did not mention the words of "Jin Kui". But the current "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" not only has no miscellaneous diseases, but also has only ten volumes. Guo Yong of the Song Dynasty once explained: "Ask: What is typhoid fever called a stroke disease? (that is, referring to the name of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Death") Yong Yue: Nothing is said. Zhongjing narrated: "Sixteen volumes of typhoid fever and miscellaneous diseases, and those who mark their purpose, mistakenly write the book as a stroke disease."

Later learning is called a person who lives and dies on the sixth or seventh day, so it is called a stroke disease, which is not true. The ancient transmission of books is sloppy, because of the calligraphy and painting, many provinces are sideways, and the calligraphy or the two words are one, so the book is miscellaneous, or the province is a pawn, and now the book is sick, then the miscellaneous word is also. There are ten volumes on typhoid fever, and there are ten treatises on miscellaneous diseases" (Ten Famous Examples of Typhoid Fever in "Treatise on The Supplement to Typhoid Fever"). Guo Yong's words are very reasonable. Zhongjing said that "sixteen volumes" are, of course, a merger of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" and "TheOry of Miscellaneous Diseases", but the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" alone does not matter. Indeed, Zhongjing's sixteen volumes of "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" and "Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases" were originally lost long ago. Therefore, the Sui Zhi notes that the "Seven Records of Liang" only has "Zhang Zhongjing Distinguishes The Ten Volumes of Typhoid Fever", which is the ten volumes of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever" after his death, and although the "Book of Tang Yiwenzhi" still contains ten volumes of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Death", it is only "in name only", because the six volumes of "Miscellaneous Diseases" no longer exist.

Although Zhongjing's sixteen volumes had already been lost, when he arrived at Emperor Renzong of Song, he found an abridged version of the sixteen volumes, called the Outline of the Golden Jade Letter, which was found in the pavilion by a Hanlin scholar named Wang Su. This book is divided into about three volumes, the first volume on typhoid fever, the middle volume on miscellaneous diseases, the second volume on prescription medicine and the treatment of women's diseases, Lin Yi and other school printing medical books, thinking that the part of this book on typhoid fever is too brief, not as detailed as the ten volumes (that is, the current version of "Typhoid Fever"), so he discussed miscellaneous diseases in the middle volume to the taboo of taking food a total of twenty-five articles, slightly revised, still divided into three volumes, removed the word "Jade Letter", and even more Lü lüed the "New Compilation of Golden Essentials", which is the origin of the book "Golden Outline". This shows that although this book is not the old of the six volumes, the basic spirit of Zhongjing's "Miscellaneous Diseases" still exists.

Among them, the content of the diagnosis and examination of diseases is the most abundant, which is worthy of our in-depth study.

The second part, "Evidence and Treatment of Spasmodic Wet Disease", describes the "dialectical treatment" of spasm, wet disease, and dawn disease. Spasms are divided into rigid and soft treatment; wet diseases are divided into three categories: wet and cold, cold and wet, and rheumatism, and are divided into profits, warm and warm, and the treatment of the disease is mainly based on nourishing the yin and dispelling the heat.

The fourteenth article, "Evidence and Cure of Water and Gas Diseases and Pulse Evidence", distinguishes between the five visceral water, feng shui, skin water, li shui, and yellow sweat diseases, and there are manifestations, li evidence, and li han evidence, which are yang deficiency, li heat, yin and yang two deficiencies, and in the distinction between qi, water, and blood, and when each is treated with the evidence.

The fifteenth article "Jaundice Pulse Evidence and Treatment", generally put forward that jaundice is mostly caused by wind paralysis and stasis, and there are different medical evidence of grain scabies, wine scabies, and female labor scabies, although the treatment method is mainly to facilitate urination, but it should also be distinguished from the difference between heat, damp heat, weakness, weakness, cold and humidity, dry evidence, and half-surface and half-mile evidence and give different treatment.

The twentieth article, "Combined Treatment of Women's Pregnancy Disease Pulse Evidence", describes the pregnancy pulse method, pregnancy obstruction, as well as leakage, fetal cold, abdominal pain, urinary closure and fetal maintenance methods.

Many commentators have confused the liver evidence of liver-to-spleen with the liver deficiency evidence of supplementing acid, and Du Youshi believes that the liver evidence of liver-to-spleen has ended in the sentence "only cure the liver". "Liver deficiency is used in this method", only refers to the three sentences of "supplemental acid", so that the virtual reality is clear. You's ink is effortless, and its depth and simplicity are often so. Xu Dachun's evaluation of You's "Heart Code" said: "The organization is well-organized, and the reference is obvious. Words need not be troubled, but the meaning is exhausted; words need not be deep, but the will has been preached." This is still more correct. The main books are: the yongzheng ten years of nonzi initial engraving, the tongzhi eight years of the double white Yantang Lu family engraving, guangxu seven years xin wei chongde academy publications, Xuan Tong tong the first year of the chengdu tongwenhui engraving.

Qingbai Township Wei Litong interpretation. Note that the "Golden Plateau" is talked about, and the most invented is this book. For example, he explains that "those who work vainly are vain because of labor, and sick because of weakness." Too moving and yang, restless and yin, yin and more consumed, and yang is more and more prosperous. If the clouds are labored and the void is empty, then the labor must have a certain external cause, and the void must also have a certain internal cause. Five labors and seven wounds, all consume their dirty yin, give birth to the evil heat in their dirt, so that the evil is real and the essence is taken, and it becomes the disease of vain labor."

He pointed out that the cause of the deficiency is due to labor, and then there is a difference between yang and yin. It is necessary to discern both external causes and external causes, especially the internal changes within the void, and to distinguish both the void of the essence and the reality of the evil qi. With such a deep and in-depth discernment of the disease, it is really difficult to match the families of the "Golden Plateau". Note the other diseases, but this is not the case.

Reading the Second Commentary can enrich our basic theory, reading the Heart Codex can briefly grasp the content and essence of each article, and reading the "Original Meaning" can inspire us to analyze the disease in depth. Knowing these three notes well, it can be said that it has penetrated deep into the Tang Ao of Zhongjing. However, these three books have a common disadvantage, they all abridge the following three articles of the "Miscellaneous Remedies", in fact, some of these three are still practical, you may wish to refer to the Japanese Tanba Yuan Jian Lian Fu's "Outline of the Golden Jade Letter", you can also optionally absorb its reasonable parts.

The "Outline of the Golden Plateau" is the most practical book for the treatment of miscellaneous diseases, both theoretical and clinical. If possible, it should be well read and memorized, preferably from the first to the twenty-second article of four hundred articles, to the extent of "recitation like a stream", because it is the same as the provisions of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever", each of which has the actual content of "dialectical treatment". Can recite it well, when the testimony is imminent, it can be left and right, and it is easy to pick it up. If you can't memorize it, or if you don't know how to memorize it, it is more difficult to use. You can't even use it, so familiarity is a top priority.
