In July 2015, after several days of heavy rainfall, the karst roof of the DK243+170 section of the Peiling No. 2 Tunnel was excavated, and the tunnel excavation had passed through the shallow burial section. In terms of quality control, the project department strictly implements the first piece acceptance system for tunnel construction, anchor support, waterproof plate hot melt welding, upward arch bottoming, bridge engineering steel spacing, prestress grouting, subgrade filling and compaction, particle control, etc., and establishes a problem library sales number system to achieve on-site control without dead ends. Unified standards such as foundation pits and pier scaffolding are protected, which effectively improves the level of on-site safety and quality management.
