△ Space layout drawing
The original earthen building is 2 floors with a total area of 476 square meters, and the additional floor area is about 150 square meters. 1F is defined as common areas, meeting guests, kitchen and dining room, elderly rooms and guest rooms; 2F is defined as private space, 3 children's rooms and master bedroom spaces, each room with bathroom and balcony; 3F is a leisure and entertainment space, planned as a fitness area, audio-visual room and storage space. Combined with the division of space functions, the location of the stairs is re-planned.
△ Scheme design process
The residence in this case is three generations of the same house, two husband and wife, parents and three children, and the designer adopts an inclusive and complex modern minimalist style to plan everyone's needs. The elements of the sea and coral are integrated into different spaces, making it both a children's marine fairy tale and an ideal fantasy for adults.

ENJOY THE LIFE
△ Living room
The cold and coarse marble materials pave the space, with a variety of bright colors, like the cold of the deep sea and the warm interaction of coral, staging the infinite vitality of life in a silence.
Overlooking down, the sense of scale of the space is high, making people feel like they are in the air. A tall floor-to-ceiling window breaks the confinement of space and allows nature to enter freely in the space of the past, present, and future. In a way that stands the test of time, the designer gives the space more spiritual connotations.
Color alone is not enough to set off the waves of the deep sea. The cascading illuminations stretch freely in the air, with light, with shadows, with curves and flowing postures, the ripples of art.
In each layer of hanging elements, there are coral shadows. "Keeping corals away from the erosion of the rough seas is undoubtedly a burial of their beauty." Born in the dark, growing up in the waves, blooming brilliantly, coral is rooted in tenacious strength, which is the spiritual core of this underwater illusion created by the designer.
△ Restaurant
Considering that three generations live together, the open kitchen restaurant gives the family more possibilities for interaction. In the endless years, the back of the busy kitchen has always been the softest memory of home in everyone's heart.
△ Kitchen and dining room
The kitchen storage is good or bad, directly related to the emotional taste of never deteriorate. The kitchen in this case is divided into five major spaces of "take-wash-cut-cook-prepare", and scientific storage can effectively protect the quality of life.
△ Hall
There is a large area of white space in the hall, as Yasunari Kawabata lamented, "The world is too crowded", the designer defines this place as an "emotional empty belt", and each floor has such a "resting place" that can be briefly withdrawn from the present.
△ Master bedroom
As a natural warm tone, the log color gives people a sense of gentleness and tranquility, and the subtle changes between the materials convey the calm and gentle mood of the space. The lamp is a moon, showing the ethereal transparency of the space.
△ Cloakroom
As a space beloved by the hostess, the design of the cloakroom is unique. There is no mirror on the surface of the space, but a push-pull hidden mirror is set up, which does not occupy space and adds a little interest to life.
The male and female masters are divided, and the hostess adds a variety of storage boxes such as hats and bags, giving each favorite place to display them, making the cloakroom more like a museum of life aesthetics.
