Since the launch of party history study and education, Siyi Town has focused on "studying party history, enlightening the mind, doing practical things, and opening up a new situation," grasped the four actions, fully resonated with the current work of party history study and education, and promoted each other together, so that party history study and education can go deep and solid for the people. In the prevention and control of the pest Shubai poisonous moth, the town party committee and government attach great importance to seizing the favorable opportunity for the prevention and control of the Shubai poisonous moth, establishing a prevention and control mechanism, and forming a situation of mass prevention and control. In order to achieve the effect of prevention and control, light booby-trap points are scientifically set up in each village (community), and light booby-trap equipment is set up in the open area of view of ponds and key forest areas, and light booby-traps are carried out to control the surge in number. Strive to carry out comprehensive control of the town's Shubai poisonous moth through drugs and lights, reduce pests and spreads as much as possible, implement the village ranger as the responsible person, strengthen forecasting, and form a 24-hour reporting system. Each village booby trap point is under the daily supervision of the prevention and control point by the nearby farmers, turning on and off the lights on time, removing the booby-trapped adult insects in time, and effectively ensuring the booby-trapping effect of the booby trap point; it is clear that the secretary of the village branch is the first responsible person for prevention and control, and the ranger is the directly responsible person, responsible for the prevention and control work of the village; the town forestry station is the technical guidance department for prevention and control, and is responsible for scientific guidance for the light booby-trap in the whole town.
