Since the beginning of the year, the Security and Security Section of Xinmu Oil Production Plant has continued to carry out the special action of "anti-internal theft and electricity theft" with the attitude of "zero tolerance" in line with the purpose of "reducing loss is to increase production and create efficiency". Up to now, a total of 82 households have been punished for electricity theft, more than 2,000 meters of cables have been confiscated, and 959,000 yuan of economic losses have been recovered for the oil production plant.
In this special action, this factory combined with the actual work and achieved "three focuses" to highlight the key points of governance. The first is to focus on key elements such as oil, gas, water, electricity, and materials, and sort out the characteristics of "internal theft" cases such as time, place, and type; the second is to focus on the production and operation process and sort out the key links that are prone to "internal theft"; the third is to focus on daily management requirements and sort out the key problems caused by "internal theft" due to the lack of system, unclear responsibility, and insufficient measures.
In order to closely coordinate the enterprises and the police, the public security and security section of this factory has strengthened communication and contact with the Sanxin police station, strengthened the sharing of intelligence information, and coordinated investigation of reporting, effectively enhanced the joint force of work, and put an end to the occurrence of internal and external linkages and self-theft.
At the same time, they adjusted the plan in a timely manner, and since the beginning of the year, they have continued to dispatch elite team members to form a power squad to carry out the work of cracking down on electricity theft and form a normalized management model. Especially during the spring irrigation period, in view of the situation that illegal personnel take advantage of the theft of electricity at night or in the early morning, special personnel are organized to carry out targeted crackdown work, and the crackdown effect is obvious. Through the form of household investigation and on-site inspection, we always grasp the electricity consumption situation of the surrounding masses and villages, and immediately cut off the power when the phenomenon of stealing electricity is found, and the relevant fees and responsibilities are pursued and investigated, leaving no dead ends.
