Racial and social inequality in the United States necessarily leads to protests

Professor Fan Hongda's core points in the interview are:

The recent outbreak of protests against racism in the United States is an inevitable result of long-standing racial and social inequality in the United States. There is a very clear social divide between whites and people of color in the United States, manifested in many aspects such as education, employment, area of residence, social status, etc., which is contrary to the democratic and equal principles preached in the United States. The protests have once again exposed the dark side of American democracy.

In the face of political turmoil in other countries, especially in developing countries, the United States has basically sided with the anti-government rioters, calling them democracy fighters and heroes. In particular, it should be pointed out that the political riots that have occurred in many countries in the world for many years are actually planned and promoted by the United States. On the other hand, at a time when there are just anti-racist protests in the United States, the President of the United States calls those involved "terrorists." The double standards of the United States are vividly expressed in this regard.

Regrettably, the current international public opinion is still deeply affected by the big media in the United States and Europe, and these world media at least do not objectively and severely criticize the double standards of the United States, which is in fact an connivance for the implementation of double standards by the United States. But what is valuable is that more and more countries, especially developing countries, are severely criticizing the double standards of the United States, such as China, Iran, Russia, and so on. The double standards of the United States are a threat to world unity and international peace, and the international community must vigorously oppose this evil act of the United States.

The United States is currently the only superpower, and it also believes that its political, social and other systems are the best in the world, so the United States often interferes in the internal affairs of other countries, and even subverts the legitimate regimes or governments of other countries through coups or wars. But as this U.S. march against racism shows, the united states' serious discrimination against people of color at home and the violent suppression of this march once again show that the United States is not qualified to talk about human rights developments in other countries at all. The international community must clearly understand the essence of US politics and unite to oppose US hegemonic behavior.
