Song Yan, female, Han ethnicity, born in October 1973, Shanxi Jiexiu people, graduate degree, began working in July 1995, joined the Communist Party of China in May 2010.

From July 1995 to November 2003, he was the director of Guizhou Waterfall Beer (Group) Co., Ltd.;

From November 2003 to January 2005, he was a staff member of Guiyang Property Rights Trading Center;

From January 2005 to May 2009, he served as the project manager of the purchasing agency department of Guizhou Sunshine Equity Exchange;

From May 2009 to December 2015, he successively served as the project manager of the purchasing agency department, the deputy manager of the purchasing agency department and the manager of the purchasing agency department of Guizhou Sunshine Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd.

From December 2015 to July 2019, he served as the assistant general manager of Guizhou Sunshine Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd.;

From July 2019 to April 2021, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Guizhou Sunshine Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd.;

Since April 2021, he has been a member of the Party Committee and general manager of Guizhou Sunshine Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd.
