Review of traffic regulations

Whoever drives a motor vehicle without obtaining a motor vehicle driver's license, whose motor vehicle driver's license is revoked, or whose motor vehicle driver's license is temporarily withheld, shall be fined 200-2,000 yuan by the traffic management department of the public security organ and detained for not more than 15 days.
Driving a motor vehicle without a valid motor vehicle driver's license includes the following seven situations:
(1) Driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a temporary motor vehicle driving permit;
(2) The temporary motor vehicle driving permit has exceeded the validity period;
(3) Driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a motor vehicle driver's license;
(4) Driving a motor vehicle during the period when the driver's license of a motor vehicle is revoked;
(5) Driving a motor vehicle during the period when the driver's license of a motor vehicle is temporarily withheld;
(6) Driving a motor vehicle is inconsistent with the type of quasi-driving vehicle;
(7) The period during which the driver's license of the motor vehicle is announced to be out of service.
