Northeast Network September 28 news (Zhou Yulan reporter Liu Jia editor Wang Yan) a few days ago, the reporter learned from the Shuangyashan City Baoqing County Qixinghe National Nature Reserve Management Bureau that when the reserve management bureau carried out the wetland background investigation work, it found a national first-level protected plant and the world's endangered plant raccoon in the reserve, with a large distribution area.

The World's Endangered Plant Raccoons were found in the Seven Star River Conservation Area in Heilongjiang.
It is understood that from September 20 to 23, researchers found a large area of raccoon distribution in the water lily lake in the core area of the West Dabao Station of the Qixinghe Wetland, and the dense distribution of about 600 square meters of open water area at the mouth of the water lily lake, in addition, there are sporadic distributions along the reeds on the edge of the water lily lake and the extension of about 2,000 meters into the lake boat lane on the west side of the lake. After two visits to the area, the expert group found that the raccoon was growing well, mostly floating among foxtail algae, pingpeng grass and reeds, with a water depth of 1.7 to 2 meters in the concentrated distribution area and a depth of 2.3 to 2.6 meters in the boat lane. The number of plants is about 5,000. The raccoons seen have grown spherical overwintering buds, and some even have 2-3 overwintering buds in one plant, which clearly shows that the buds are tight and full.
Raccoons are sporadically distributed in reeds.
Raccopodium is a perennial floating herb and is an insectivore, with chlorophyll, self-sustaining life, and no roots. Impellers are raw, 6-9 pieces per wheel, like a windmill, folk commonly known as "windmill grass". The leaves have glandular and induction hairs, and when stimulated, the two halves are pressed against each other by the middle rib axis, the outer ring is close to each other, and a capsule is formed in the center, so as to catch insects and microorganisms to supplement nutrition. It is said that raccoons are very few plants that can quickly catch "prey" and are the fastest moving plants in the plant kingdom. Raccoon is extremely demanding on its living environment, mostly living in clean and warm shallow water, its growth not only needs sufficient sunlight, but also requires a low level of nutrient content in the water, and the PH value of the water environment is about 6. In addition, raccoon itself has the function of purifying water, so its existence not only marks that the local water quality is particularly good, but also makes the water here be further purified.
