On June 30, the maintenance project of the Donggang Yellow River Bridge of the G22 Qinglan Expressway organized and implemented by the Lanzhou Highway Development Center was successfully completed and fully resumed operation.

In order to ensure the reinforcement effect, the project adopts a dynamic design, a combination of reinforcement technology and a combination of reinforcement schemes, and implements measures such as temporary support, local reinforcement of the beam body, and jacking and loading reinforcement of the beam body, which effectively enhances the structural stiffness and bearing capacity of the main girder of the approach bridge and improves the safety of the bridge operation. Because the G22 Qinglan Expressway Donggang Yellow River Bridge is an important transportation hub in Lanzhou, the Lanzhou Highway Development Center adopts the construction mode of "the car walks on the bridge, and the people do it under the bridge", and actively coordinates the traffic police, road administration, operation and other units to jointly formulate comprehensive traffic smooth measures such as remote diversion, proximal bypass, and on-site control, and at the same time releases travel guidance information to the public through multiple channels to minimize the impact of bridge maintenance construction on traffic operation. During the construction of the project, Lanzhou Highway Development Center adheres to the management concept of "safety first, quality-oriented", aims to create high-quality projects, establishes a two-level management system of "project office + on-site office", strictly controls the entry of materials, test and detection, process acceptance and other passes, and carries out fine management of the whole process of key processes such as reinforcement planting, steel stiffener installation, external prestressed beam tensioning, and concrete structure pasting steel plate reinforcement to ensure the quality of the project. In addition, as the first reinforced concrete curve box girder reinforcement and loading project in Gansu Province, the project applies new technologies such as epoxy coating unbonded external prestressed beam for bridge loading and reinforcement, and at the same time, the bridge deflection and crack width monitor are used to monitor the dynamic data of the bridge, prevent safety risks, and promote the quality and efficiency of project construction. The successful implementation of the project has enabled the G22 Qinglan Expressway Donggang Yellow River Bridge to play a new role as a transportation hub, and also provided reference and reference experience for similar projects in the province.
