In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law, it was decided that the two defendants, Jiu Yuexi and Baihuazhou Literature and Art Publishing House Co., Ltd., should immediately stop publishing and distributing "Xiao Nanfeng" on the effective date of the judgment, and that Jiu Yuexi should immediately stop providing this work on the website of Jinjiang Literature City, and compensate the plaintiff for economic losses of 100,000 yuan and reasonable expenses of 30,000 yuan within 10 days from the effective date of the judgment.
