Hello everyone, this is Aqing's kitchen~
Today's happiness is brought by the braised pork bibimbap made by my brother~
Aqing himself is very fond of eating braised pork, but if you eat too much large pieces of meat, you will feel tired, my brother cut the diced meat very small today, and the method is still the same as braised pork, but eating bibimbap is simply amazing~
Reason tells me that I should refrain and lose weight, but why is the mixture of rice and fat so fragrant, so appetizing, so unstoppable?
No matter what, let's enjoy eating it first! Paste the method below, please try it, this braised pork, I feel like I won't get tired of eating it every day~
1. Preparation of ingredients:
- Pork belly (500g)
- Star anise, green onion and ginger, rock sugar
- Hard-boiled eggs with a flower knife (optional)
2. Detailed practice:
1: Let's make a sauce first:
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce + 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of cooking wine + 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, stir well and set aside~
2: Wash the pork belly and cut it into cubes, pour it into the pot and stir-fry it (no oil required), stir-fry the grease until the surface is golden brown, then add green onions, ginger and star anise and stir-fry to make a fragrance~
3: Pour in the pre-prepared sauce and add 3 bowls of boiling water, cover and simmer over medium-low heat, simmer for about 40 minutes, and put eggs when there is only one bowl of water left~
4: Continue to simmer until the soup is viscous and out of the pot, mix with rice and eat~
Friendly reminder: This dish is best made at noon, and if you eat it at night, I'm afraid you'll gain three pounds~
When you don't know what to eat, let's have a bowl of mediocre diced pork belly bibimbap~
Pay attention to Aqing, and continue to output food and drink knowledge for you~
