Although the Chinese team suffered an upset in the first game of the first group of the women's team, losing two games in a row to India, it finally reversed the opponent 3-2 with its overall advantage, and then swept Uzbekistan, Spain, and Hungary 3-0 in a row, thus firmly sitting on the first place, and advancing to the knockout round and directly entering the top 16, congratulations!

As for the Indian team that upset the national table tennis, it won three wins and one loss and won the second place, but the last game was 0-2 behind, and reversed Spain in three consecutive games to win a very thrilling victory, and the third place was Hungary. Spain and Uzbekistan ranked fourth and fifth respectively, stopping in the group stage.

The Japanese women's team performed better than the national table tennis team in the group stage, because they did not lose a single ball in the whole process, beating Luxembourg, South Africa, Iran, and Brazil 3-0 in four games. However, Miu Hirano's form is a little unstable, with a disparity of 11-0, 11-1, and 11-1 against the South African player, and a 0-2 deficit against the Iranian athlete who escaped in three games in a row.

The second place in this group is the Brazilian team, and the Luxembourg women's team led by Ni Xialian and bumped all the way was almost out, and finally got the ticket to the promotion as the third place, which was thrilling. As for Iran and South Africa, they ranked fourth and fifth, and missed the qualification.

Group III

The third seed of the women's team, the German team, is not an all-star team this time, and the strongest Olympic runner-up Han Ying missed the battle because of an unexpected injury not long ago and broke her Achilles tendon, but after all, "the skinny camel is bigger than the horse", and the group stage is still won four games in a row, except for Poland is 3-1, Slovakia, Nigeria, and Mexico are all won 3-0.

The second-place team was Germany's neighbour Poland, followed by Poland's neighbour Slovakia in third place and also secured the qualification spot. As for Nigeria from Africa and Mexico from the Americas, they were unfortunately eliminated, which shows that the level of table tennis in these two places is still significantly weaker than that of Asia and Europe.

Group IV

The Chinese Taipei women's team also won all four games to advance to the round of 16, but they played a little bumpy, winning 3-1 against the United States and Thailand, but these two teams do have some strength, as for the poor level of Chile and Algeria, the women's team won 3-0, thus becoming the first place in the group.

It was followed by the Thai women's team, which has made great progress in recent years, followed by the Chilean team, which came out in third place and won the promotion spot. As for the United States team, which has good strength, because the number one main force Zhang An did not come, it did not have a chance to advance; the Algerian team lost all four games, so it was naturally eliminated at the bottom.

Group V

The host South Korean team only won the fifth seed of the women's team this time, and in the group stage, the number one main player Shin Yubin was defeated and kept a clean sheet (lost to A. Diaz), but the team still won 3-1 against Puerto Rico, and also won 3-0 against Italy, Malaysia and Cuba without too many difficulties.

The second and third teams in this group are Malaysia and Italy, while the Puerto Rican team is eliminated because only A. Diaz can play alone, and it is really impossible to bring his teammates, and they are only eliminated in fourth place, but they are still stronger than their neighbor Cuba team not far away, who did not win a game and went out at the bottom.

The sixth-seeded Hong Kong team is also very good, beating Portugal, Australia and Kazakhstan 3-0 in three consecutive group stage games, and there were some setbacks in the match against Austria, which was broken by the opponent's number one main team, European champion Polkanova, but the whole team still had the last laugh 3-1 and remained unbeaten on aggregate.

Portugal and Austria from Europe ranked second and third and successfully advanced to the round of 24. Kazakhstan is in fourth place, just one step away from qualifying, while Australia, the strongest team in Oceania, is still a weak team in the world, and finally lost four games in a row.

Group VII

World Table Tennis Championships: The top 24 of the women's team were born! The national table tennis is thrilling, India has passed, and Japan is undefeated

The top ranked team in this group is the European champions led by Szokos, Romania, but their three singles are weak, so two of the four games are 3-1, beating Singapore and Serbia respectively, and the other two are 3-0 sweeps of Sweden and Canada, refusing to be upset by their opponents.

Sweden finished second in Group 7, while Singapore's women's team, which had beaten China and won the women's team championship, had fallen to the point of only finishing third in the group stage. Serbia and Canada, on the other hand, continued to play back and eventually missed out on the team event.

The eighth group was more intense, the highest-ranked powerhouse France team suffered a miserable upset, losing 0-3 to Croatia, Yuan Jiannan and others collapsed, which also made them unable to lock the top 16 positions in advance, as for the other three games, they beat Egypt 3-0, Ukraine 3-0, and the Czech Republic 3-2.

However, on the last day of the group stage, the Croatian team also collapsed, but fortunately they still retained the third position and were not eliminated, while the Egyptian women's team was upset and became the second place, and France had the risk of becoming the first and qualifying for the round of 16.
