After 37 years of abduction, he finally met his dream mother.

On October 1, in Qu County, Dazhou, Sichuan, 43-year-old Liu Tao, after seeing his mother, knelt on his knees and cried silently when he hugged his biological mother.

Liu Tao was about 6 years old when he was playing on Helin (Malyu) Street in Jingbian in Qu County when he was abducted and sold to Henan. After 37 years, he crossed more than 1,000 kilometers and finally set foot on his beloved hometown - Quxian County, Sichuan.

He said: "If I could paint, I would definitely paint my hometown, and I will never forget it." ”

In order to welcome their relatives who have been separated for 37 years, relatives in Quxian County also waited at the scene early.

At the scene, the mother comforted her son softly: "Don't cry, don't cry, let's go home!" ”

After recognizing the kiss, his mother cooked a bowl of mashed eggs for Liu Tao, and Liu Tao knelt down again, full of tears, like a child, wantonly enjoying the happiness of his mother's "feeding".

According to his family, Liu Tao was abducted on May 16, 1986, when Liu Tao was not yet in school and his two older brothers were attending school.

On the day of his disappearance, Liu Tao was playing on Malyu Street and inexplicably disappeared. The family inquired and searched everywhere, and someone saw Liu Tao being taken away by a stranger from the back of the school, past a place called "Banbian Mountain".

After the incident, parents and family called the police, also did DNA comparison, and never gave up the search for so many years.

According to police investigations, Liu Tao was about 6 years old when he was abducted. At noon on the day of the incident, Liu Tao was herding cattle on a wild trail about three kilometers from his home and was taken away by a middle-aged man.

After that, Liu Tao was taken all the way from noon to dark, to a small village, where he stayed overnight. The next morning, the middle-aged man took him across the river in an iron boat, took a train in a particularly lively, city-like place, arrived in Anyang, Henan Province when it was dark, and then took a motorized tricycle all the way to his adoptive father's and mother's house.

Liu Tao recalled that although he didn't remember where his home was, he only remembered that there were parents at home, two older brothers, and seemed to have a grandmother. However, Liu Tao still remembers the topography and environment of his hometown and has not forgotten it for many years. He remembered that there were movie theaters, food bureaus, hospitals, etc. not far from his home, so although he had looked for many places and asked many people, his relatives were still not heard, and eventually had to call the police and ask "baby home" for help.

With the help of many parties, the police found clues and confirmed through DNA identification that Shi Junhai in Henan was Liu Tao, who had been missing in Sichuan for 37 years.
