At 10 a.m. on May 31, the "Media + Supervision" working group came to the intersection of Tongbao Street and Tongyuan Street, where a mobile traffic light was set up.
The Working Group observed that when the green light for going straight and turning left from Tongbao Street to Jinzhu East Road is lit, the green light for the opposite straight is also lit at the same time, and the vehicles on both sides meet in the road at the same time. Although there were not many vehicles passing through at that time, there was no congestion, but vehicles in both directions met, sometimes braking sharply, sometimes honking sharply, and horns sounding one after another.

There is more than one problem with traffic lights there. From Tingnan Road to Tongyuan Street, because the signal lights in the direction of straight and left turn are not on, drivers pass "all by feeling", and vehicles in three directions often pass through the intersection at the same time, and congestion increases.
"I hope that the relevant departments will adjust and repair the signal lights, and do not let it 'blindly command'." Ms. Deng said.

The "Media + Supervision" working group fed back the visit to the Guanshanhu District Bureau of Guiyang Public Security Traffic Management Bureau. After verification, the section belongs to the internal road of the community and has not yet been handed over to the traffic management department, and the signal light is installed and managed by the property management company of the financial city community.
"The signal lights here were blown down by strong winds in the early stage, resulting in the signal lights in one direction not being lit, coupled with the unreasonable phase adjustment of the left turn and the opposite straight running lights in the other direction, resulting in the simultaneous passage of three vehicles. We will urge the property management company to repair and assist in adjusting the traffic light phase scheme to ensure more reasonable traffic.
