Recently, the existence of videos of cat and dog abuse has become a social problem. In comparison with the situation in China, in March this year, a man in his 20s in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, was arrested on suspicion of violating the Animal Care Act.
The man filmed himself abusing cats and uploaded them to an anonymous forum. In August 2017, a man in Japan was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of violating the Animal Care Act for abusing 13 cats, causing death and injury, and was found guilty with a suspended sentence.
In Japan, if you kill or injure a dog or cat at will, you will be sentenced to up to 5 years in prison or a fine of up to 5 million yen under the Animal Care Act.
Since we have not established a relevant bill in the country, it has encouraged the arrogance of those groups. As a harbinger of major events, there are many examples of animal cruelty.
In March this year, a male teacher was slashed at a middle school in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. According to the confession of the juvenile who was a current prisoner, the cause of his crime was a bloodburst through access to videos of animal abuse on the Internet.
At the same time, the police found out that a month before the crime, he began to start with cats.
Up to now, the majority of those involved in crimes, both abroad and domestically, were men. Given the understanding that "tyrannical genes" and "cheating genes" can be inherited, the domestic patriarchal tradition may also be one of the reasons for this difference.
The patriarchal people around them basically have the trait of not liking cats, but at most they violently evict cats and do not abuse. (Guessing only, not representative.) )
It is hoped that the domestic animal protection law will be established as soon as possible
