To Pakistan's development must be read to the end.
It's been a few days since I came back from Karachi, I accidentally got positive after drinking a few drinks, and I got two days of infusion, and now it's basically fine. Now I will reply to a few questions that friends are concerned about.
The first is Pakistan's security issues, where the wise see the wise. Anyway, for most of my two and a half months in Karachi, there were no security guards, no police and no friends to freely enter and exit the waterfront malls, wholesale markets and various manufacturers. And these two months are the news and self-media reports, all about the Muslim month of Ramadan and the arrest of former prime ministers and demonstrations by opposition parties.
The second is Pakistan's business environment, the biggest advantage here is cheap labor, is 7 cents of domestic wages or 1/10 of the rental price of factory buildings and land and apartments and the price of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities is basically the same, electricity prices gasoline and domestic is similar, natural gas prices are cheaper than domestic. The vegetables grown in the soil and the beef and mutton raised by themselves are much cheaper than in China.
The selected projects are basically not constrained by administrative departments such as industry and commerce, quality inspection, and environmental protection. Due to economic reasons, Pakistan's import customs clearance is relatively slow, but exports are smooth, the government encourages exports, and European and American countries may have most-favored-nation treatment for Pakistan.
The third question is what project is suitable for Pakistan? Pakistan is more polarized between rich and poor, the iron brothers have a very high IQ, learn things very quickly, and their desire to perform is also very strong, so there are no barriers to some projects. When you get to Pakistan, the Pakistani brothers will quickly squeeze you out of the market once they learn it.
So in Pakistan, the project must not be the most rudimentary, low-level project. For example, plastic bag particles are not complicated, many people in Pakistan in the past few years did make money out of plastic pellets, but in the later period, the Pakistan Iron brothers also made plastic pellets, basically there was nothing Chinese. Therefore, the Pakistani market is very large, and there are many projects to choose from, but it does require a long period of investigation and exploration, and cannot be rushed.
