On the morning of May 31, the talent recruitment activity of the "Future Agriculture" talent meeting room in Haidian District was held at the experimental base of the Agricultural Technology Comprehensive Service Center of Haidian District. As an important activity in the agricultural field during the "Smart Haidian" Talent Theme Week, this talent recruitment further smoothed the talent exchange channels between schools and enterprises, effectively improved the recruitment and employment service level of agricultural enterprises, provided stable employment and employment promotion services for more agricultural talents, and also provided solid talent support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in Haidian District. The event was hosted by the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of the Agricultural and Industrial Committee of the Haidian District Party Committee and undertaken by the Haidian District Agricultural Technology Comprehensive Service Center. 16 agricultural parks, enterprises, universities and research institutes were invited on site, covering more than 200 people.
The mechanism guarantees the conservation of talent ecology
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that education, science and technology, and talent are the basic and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country. We must adhere to the principle that science and technology are the primary productive forces, talents are the primary resources, and innovation is the primary driving force, and deeply implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, and the strategy of innovation-driven development. As the core area of the National Science and Technology Innovation Center and the Zhongguancun Talent Special Zone, Haidian District has always placed talent work in a prominent position.
To comprehensively promote rural revitalization, talent is the key. Haidian District has continuously strengthened the organizational guarantee mechanism, improved the talent training mechanism, optimized the talent service mechanism, and focused on the four rural revitalization talent teams of agricultural production and management teams, agricultural science and technology expert teams, collective economic management personnel and rural grassroots cadres, to promote all kinds of talents to devote themselves to rural construction, cultivate "soil show talents", introduce "big experts", develop "new farmers", and forge "leading geese", so as to provide solid talent support for promoting agricultural and rural modernization.
In order to increase the intensity of talent introduction and training and ensure the implementation of the institutional mechanism for talent team construction, in 2021, the District Committee of Agriculture and Industry and the District Agriculture and Rural Bureau officially launched the "Future Agriculture" talent meeting room. This year is the third year of the launch and operation of the talent lounge, in the past three years, the living room has given full play to the function of talent training and exchange position, set up agricultural production expert think tanks, local expert teams, held more than 20 online and offline special activities, covering more than 4,000 people, and attracted and cultivated a group of "new farmers" who know and love farmers, strengthen agriculture and rejuvenate agriculture for Haidian District.
Implement the results and make good use of intellectual resources
As the birthplace of Zhongguancun, Haidian District is the backbone of the country's implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. With the help of strong intellectual resources, the development of science and technology agriculture and facility agriculture in Haidian District has been like a tiger. In 2022, the largest Cuihu intelligent greenhouse in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was completed and put into operation in Shangzhuang Town, Haidian District, Shangzhuang Vegetable Art Garden and Sujiatuo Fry Farm facilities were completed and upgraded, and the Jingxi Rice Smart Farm Project realized the whole process of intelligent management of rice cultivation and harvesting, which is currently one of the few cutting-edge agricultural projects in China that can realize less manpower in the operation process and digitalization of the whole production process, and the Taizhouwu Test Base has successively created digital yellow peaches, 5G "cloud strawberries" and other scientific and technological agricultural boutiques. The achievement of all these achievements is inseparable from the day and night efforts of countless agricultural scientific research teams, and also inseparable from the good scientific research results provided by Haidian District to apply the soil.
In order to further deepen the cooperation with agricultural experts, on the day of the recruitment event, the "Future Agriculture" talent meeting room invited Feng Qingchun, director of the Robot Laboratory of the Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, to give a publicity and explanation on the research and application of unmanned picking robots in Haidian District. After the explanation, a letter of appointment will be issued to the representative of the specially appointed expert.
In this speech, Director Feng Qingchun focused on the special technical problems and effective solutions faced by agricultural robots from many aspects such as robot information perception, decision control, execution components, system integration and industrial services, and shared the application scenarios of the combination of factory agricultural production and robots. On this basis, this paper summarizes the development trend of the core technology of agricultural robots, analyzes the industrial development prospects of typical agricultural robots, and discusses the new efficient production mode of "robot + agriculture" suitable for the characteristics of Haidian District, showing us the unlimited potential of smart agriculture in the future.

The second phase of the event was the formal recruitment process. The "Future Agriculture" talent meeting room gives full play to the function of talent exchange platform, and connects 10 agricultural enterprises and parks such as Beijing Baiwang Tianyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and Cuihu Smart Agriculture Innovation Factory, as well as agricultural colleges such as China Agricultural University and Beijing Agricultural College, to smooth the talent exchange channels between schools and enterprises. After the job fair, the talent meeting room will do a good job of recruitment statistics, strengthen the continuous tracking of talent development and training, and ensure that talents are "attracted, retained and used well".
Recruitment enterprises released 27 positions such as planning and design, cultivation technology, breeding, brand marketing, etc., through setting up exhibition boards, distributing publicity materials, etc., to publicize job information, work remuneration, etc. to job seekers, and at the same time collect candidates' resumes on the spot and communicate and negotiate with applicants. This event is an extension and expansion of the work of attracting talents in the "Future Agriculture" talent lounge. In November 2022, the talent meeting room contacted Cuihu Smart Agriculture Innovation Factory, Baiwang Plantation, and Zhongguancun Science Farm, and went to Beijing Agricultural Vocational College to participate in the campus double election meeting, and recruited and introduced 47 talents from Beijing Agricultural College and Beijing Agricultural Vocational College for agricultural parks and enterprises.
The key to rural revitalization lies in people, talent is an important resource in the development of "future agriculture", and the development of "future agriculture" urgently needs a knowledge-based, skill-based and composite "new farmer" team.
