Highly automated intelligent manufacturing process, set an industry model

In recent years, almost all domestic car companies are improving the degree of automation in production workshops. In this regard, Nanjing Smart Factory has set a new model for the industry.

The automated process of the automobile production workshop mainly includes stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, of which stamping is the grinding of parts, and the industry requires the error of parts to be within ± 1mm.

With the help of the real-time analysis of big data in the smart factory, Deep Blue Auto not only reduced the error requirement to ± 0.5mm, but also achieved an average accuracy of 98%, and the reduction of styling design was increased to 95%, compared with the industry average of about 90%. Ultra-high precision and strict requirements make the reductivity of Deep Blue cars exceed industry standards, indicating that Deep Blue Automation is not only high, but also strong enough.

In addition, the automatic case packing system in the press shop is more convenient, safer and more reliable than manual case packing management, and more productive. The system is mainly composed of robots, 2D/3D vision, belt line, end tool replacement, container tray, video surveillance, AGV automatic transportation and other systems, which can fully realize unmanned production from press unloading to entering the warehouse. And this is the first application in the industry.

In terms of welding, Deep Blue Automobile's Nanjing Smart Factory has achieved an automation rate of 98%, while the industry average is only 80%~90%. In the welding workshop, Deep Blue uses 215 robots and 2 unmanned production lines, covering hundreds of stations. At the same time, the industry's first online inspection technology of solder joints can automatically detect thousands of solder joints, especially the detection rate of solder joints on the surface of heavy vehicle body parts reaches 100%, which can effectively avoid problems such as missing welding leakage welding dislocation distortion and splash, and ensure the quality of the vehicle. In terms of coating, the automation rate of Deep Blue Auto Nanjing Smart Factory is 70%, which is also higher than the industry average of 60%.

Final assembly is the final assembly of the car's parts, and Deep Blue Auto achieves zero quality error in the case of large-scale customized assembly through the triple error-proofing process (visualization, EP, and accurate error proofing). The chassis assembly, tire assembly, and glass equipment of the Deep Blue S7 have all been automated. It is worth mentioning that the final assembly workshop also introduced a smart logistics system for the first time to realize the automatic disassembly, storage and distribution of incoming materials, with an automation rate of up to 62%, leading the industry and making the logistics area a "no-man's land".

From parts and raw materials to vehicle delivery, a total of 11 quality walls are set up in the process to ensure that each vehicle is delivered with high quality.
