Before the author had been to Bangladesh, I always felt that the country most enthusiastic about Chinese should be Pakistan, after all, the "China-Pakistan" relationship is unquestionable. But when we came to Bangladesh, we found that they were also very enthusiastic about our Chinese.
And this enthusiasm is very sincere, and we feel very relaxed and happy when we get along. But in a few days of getting along, we found that their lives were really too much to look at, and just knowing it was already very painful for us, let alone experiencing it firsthand.
1. Fruit is really very cheap
Coming to their streets, you will only have one feeling that the environment is really dirty! Indeed, they all sit on the ground and sell their own products, such as watermelons, mangoes, and so on. Although these fruits are also available in China, they are really curious about the difference in price.
It was the author who went forward to ask them one by one, and finally found that it was really much cheaper than the domestic ones, for example, about five catties of watermelon converted into RMB for only one yuan, which is not available anywhere in China. The point is that these fruits are still very sweet, and I definitely want to repurchase them after buying them.
After eating the fruit, I was a little hungry, so I was brought into the restaurant by some local Chinese speaking friends. Here they tell us that everyone eats with their right hand, because there are generally no bacteria. In other words, they are all table-free.
Although I knew that it was unacceptable to let us eat with our hands, I still asked the boss if he had any tableware, and the result did not disappoint me.
So in order to make myself happier next, I didn't order rice or noodles, but a cake. After all, this usually eats at home, which is easier to accept.
In the process of eating, you will find that the locals really like curry, no matter what the method, anyway, he must be in the meal, which is still a bit similar to the Indian food style.
2. Learning Chinese is not easy
These Chinese lads told us that if they wanted to study Chinese they also had to pay tuition. There is a local Chinese school, and there are about a hundred students in it, all of whom study Chinese with different goals.
Some are because of hobbies, and some want to study in China. But most of it is to be able to work smoothly in the future, because many Chinese companies have built factories here, and they understand that they will naturally be able to become a member of Chinese future.
Why do you have to work in Chinese companies? The guy told us that it has a lot to do with salary. Locals are well aware that as long as they can be recognized by Chinese bosses, then life will be much better in the future. Because the salary can reach more than 1,500 yuan, which is a full three times more than other jobs.
Listening to this, I really think that it is a very wise choice for them to learn Chinese, but it is not an easy task. Unless the family has a stable income and is not low enough to afford the tuition, the guy said that the school's monthly tuition fee is 600 yuan, and then it takes four months to study, and most people leave only two or three months.
3. One husband takes four wives
After eating, I thought about dissipating food, so I walked around casually with the young man. I really didn't expect to meet the young man's two younger sisters. They were fifteen and twenty-one, and it was understood that the fifteen-year-old sister was married, but twenty-one-year-old was not.
Hearing this say that it is not shocking is definitely fake, because it is not very similar to the situation we usually encounter. Later, I learned that it turned out that my sister looked down on the local men and felt that many of their families had to marry many wives, so they were unfaithful and preferred not to look for them.
When you hear this, you can actually understand that because the local marriage system is different from ours, a husband can have multiple wives, so there will always be a problem of falling out of favor. For example, the fifteen-year-old sister is her husband's fourth wife, and if the family wants to function normally, it must be agreed by several people, which is impossible to imagine how tiring life is.
Assuming that every wife has to have two children, life is even harder. I have to say that there are not many girls who can find girls who are as sober as my sister in the local area, and the author thinks it is good to stick to my own ideas and not marry.

It's really rare to come to this country and be treated so warmly by the locals. They don't exclude us, but they help us as much as they can, and it's gratuitous, and to be honest, it's really touching.
