In 2019, the price of traditional detached houses in Irvine was still behind Arcadia, South Pasadena, basically the same as Pasadena, but only half the value of San Marino, and four years later, Irvine has surpassed Arcadia, South Pasadena, and Pasadena to 75% of San Marino. It is not known whether it will be possible to surpass San Marino in the coming years.
