So the tour guide did not dare to slacken, and quickly contacted the front desk of the hotel and opened the door of the room where the three people were. And this opening completely frightened everyone, the smell of blood in the room rushed to the face, Sugiyama Chuichiro was tied to a chair, the bed on the wall was full of blood, the whole room was in chaos, and at the same time Sugiyama Riki and Abu Memi also fell in the bathroom, blood flowing like a river.
Soon the hotel called the police, and the police soon arrived at the scene, and the scene at the scene shocked the police, the victims were not only injured by sharp objects, but even cut throats, and even more badly gouged out their eyes. At the same time, there are traces of the murderer wiped at the scene, most likely a habitual offender.
During the police visit, the police found that the three people killed were all Japanese, is this a bloody case that occurred because of a national feud? After all, Japan's past crimes have made countless Chinese hate. But because there is no evidence, everyone does not dare to jump to conclusions.

Time to 2002, this year's public security criminal investigation technology upgrade, all fingerprint comparison began to gradually enter the grassroots organs, that is, at this time, the fingerprint of the murder case in 93 was thoroughly put into the national fingerprint database for comparison.
On July 4, 2004, the public security police in Guangxi Province found through fingerprint comparison that the fingerprint of one of the people was close to the fingerprint of the homicide case that year, and after repeated confirmation, finally concluded that this fingerprint was exactly the same as the fingerprint of the suspect in the 93 homicide case and came from the same person.
The police who got the news saw the dawn of victory and immediately found the owner of the fingerprint, a young man from the Hui ethnic group, Haiting.
It is worth mentioning that the reason why the police can compare the fingerprints of Shanghai Ting is because they once collected Hai Ting's fingerprints in the process of arresting gambling, and the latter even forgot that what they did many years ago, the police have never given up tracking and investigating.
Soon, after receiving the news, the Xi'an police rushed to Guangxi overnight, and finally arrested the defenseless Hai Ting at about 8 p.m. on July 9, 2004. At the same time, Kaiting also confessed that there was also an accomplice named Cao Biao, and the two once joined forces to kill three Japanese tourists.
Less than an hour after Haiting's confession, the police successfully arrested Cao Biao at his home, and the case was further tried.
Third, the motive of the case has nothing to do with patriotic feelings, everything is to satisfy their own greed
After interrogation by the police, it was found that Haiting had been sentenced to prison for robbery before, and shortly after he was released from prison, and the family simply locked him in their home in order to prevent him from committing another crime. And Haiting, who wants to get rid of the shackles of his family all day, contacted his friend Cao Biao.
When he heard that Haiting was imprisoned by his family, Cao Biao went to Haiting's home to rescue Haiting, and the two hit it off and came to Xi'an. Because they were not familiar with life, the two starved for many days, penniless, and in desperation, they had the evil idea of robbing foreign tourists.
So they wandered around Xi'an Airport for many days looking for targets, and finally set their sights on Sugiyama Chuichiro and his group. After confirming the rooms of several people, the two immediately took out the prepared switchblades and other crime tools, pretended to be waiters, and broke into Sugiyama Chuichiro's house.
Originally, only two people were killed, but just as Kaiting and Cao Biao were committing murder, Abu Meimi knocked on the door and came to Sugiyama Chuichiro's room, who was mercilessly dragged into the room.
Because the two sides could not communicate in language at that time, the two simply did not do anything and killed the three on the spot. At this time, Haiting was afraid that any of the three would reveal the identities of the two of them, so he simply gouged out his eyes.
After the murder, the two swept away the contents of the room and finally left the scene. When Hai Ting left the scene, he left his own fingerprint, which left enough clues for the future detection of the case.
In the end, Haiting and Cao Biao confessed to the crimes they had committed, and they would also be punished by the law.
3. Analysis of the crimes of criminals
Unexpectedly, during the four Japanese tourists traveling to Xi'an, three tourists died in other places, and the only survivor died soon after returning to China because of excessive sadness.
After the unremitting investigation of the criminals by the public security organs, the two murderers were finally arrested, so how should Haiting and Cao Biao's criminal acts be convicted and punished?
According to one view, they should be punished jointly for robbery and intentional homicide. Because they want to rob some tourists of money when they are penniless, it shows that they committed a crime for the purpose of illegally taking possession of other people's property.
Disguised as a waiter, he broke into the room of Japanese tourist Chuichiro Sugiyama, used violent means to control the two people in the room, and looted the belongings of these Japanese tourists, and then after Abu Meimi knocked on the door, she was also controlled.
At this time, Haiting and Cao Biao's robbery crimes had been completed, and according to the relevant laws, they should be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than ten years, and fined.
However, after the robbery was completed, Haiting and Cao Biao were afraid that the three Japanese tourists would call the police and expose their crimes because of the language barrier, so they brutally killed the three. According to the sentencing standards for the crime of intentional homicide, where a criminal intentionally kills, he shall be sentenced to death, life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years in accordance with law.
Because the crime of homicide committed by the two is no longer intrinsically related to the act of robbery, and are two separate crimes, several crimes should be punished together with the crime of robbery and intentional homicide.
Some people believe that this view of multiple crimes being punished together is not appropriate and should be punished as the crime of robbery. Because in the process of committing the crime of robbery, the two of them did not subjectively want to kill people, but wanted to rob the tourists' property.
This kind of criminal act of violently robbing the victim's property on the spot for the purpose of illegally occupying other people's property should be classified as the crime of robbery. Not only can his homicide not be recognized as intentional homicide, but his act of gouging the eyeballs of the deceased's body should not be punished as the crime of insulting the corpse. According to the judicial interpretation of the crime of insulting a corpse, the act of criminals deliberately insulting the dignity of the corpse by exposing, destroying, scratching or other means shall be punished as the crime of insulting the corpse.
However, Haiting did not destroy the corpse for anger or other purposes, but to cover up the criminal's behavior, and digging the body's eyeballs is a crime that cannot be punished afterwards.
Therefore, in the end, the two should be sentenced according to law for the crime of robbery.
