Tibetan antelope is a national first-class key protected animal, mainly distributed in Sanjiangyuan in Qinghai, Qiangtang in Tibet and Altun Mountain in Xinjiang. From May to July every year, Tibetan antelope migration and farrowing season, and the female Tibetan antelope waiting to give birth will migrate to Kokosiri Zhuonai Lake to give birth. From late July, female Tibetan antelopes return to their original habitat with their youngs after farrowing.

During the migration, some newborn Tibetan antelopes are easily separated from the "mother sheep" in the process of avoiding natural predators and experiencing bad weather. In order to rescue these "single" little Tibetan antelopes, conservation organizations and caring enterprises funded the construction of a wildlife rescue center at the Sonam Daje Conservation Station in Coco Siri to rescue Tibetan antelope cubs. Up to now, more than 50 Tibetan antelopes have returned to nature from the rescue center, and 6 rescued Tibetan antelopes are still living here.
