What's the point of so many countries joining? Most of them are also named to give some technical personnel to pay some money, in the 21st century, do not think that they have astronauts to go to the sky, just make a splash.
Engaging in aerospace is not a lot of people and great strength, in the end, it must be excellent technology, and it must be enough money, otherwise the more countries that join, the more troublesome it may be.
