Sour noodle soup

method
[1] In a bowl, put minced garlic, chopped green onion, millet pepper, sesame seeds and chili powder, drizzle with hot oil, add 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar, salt and chicken essence, mix well and set aside.

2 eggs

1 scoop dark soy sauce
1 scoop oyster sauce
White sugar to taste
Water to taste
Sauerkraut to taste
Chopped green onion to taste
method
[1] Mix a bowl of sauce: Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and sugar to a bowl, and stir well.
[2] Fry 2 poached eggs and set aside.
[3] After stir-frying the minced garlic in the remaining oil in the pan, add the sauce, 2 large bowls of water, fried poached eggs, noodles, 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and bring to a boil.
