RHS Garden Wisley Garden is the flagship garden of the Royal Horticultural Society and one of the largest botanical collections in the world.

The spectacular 240-acre garden has many highlights, including: a greenhouse built to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Royal Horticultural Society, with several different tropical plant display areas; There is also the garden's iconic double flower beds, a 128-metre-long flower carpet that bears witness the garden's dazzling transformation at the turn of spring and autumn.

If you're looking for the tranquility of a traditional English garden, take a stroll through the Pinetum forest and look up at the centuries-old trees. Or head to the riverside garden and enjoy an English picnic surrounded by weeping willows, bellflowers, kingfishers, herons and swans.

RHS Garden Bridgewater

The 154-acre RHS Bridgewater Garden, Europe's largest horticultural project, is built on the site of the former Worsley New Hall, which Queen Victoria once visited, and at the heart is the 11-acre Weston Walled Garden, which breathes new life into this historic manor.

One of the largest gardens in the UK, there is an archival orchard with 37 species of apple trees and a Kitchen Garden inspired by the waterways used in Manchester's Industrial Revolution.

Designed by Chelsea Flower Show gold medalists Charlotte Harris and Hugo Bugg, the kitchen garden will be steeped in local heritage stories around the former estate site where the garden is located; The Paradise Garden, on the other hand, surrounds a square lily pond in the center of the garden and is planted with a variety of fascinating Mediterranean and Asian plants; Walking along the garden's several lakeside and woodland walks allows you to explore the beauty of the garden from another peaceful perspective.

The garden's "must-see" also includes the recently redesigned Cool Garden Small Garden, which features stunning reflections from water features, and the cool flowers of the Cool Garden contrast with the bright, warm-toned flowers of the adjacent Hot Garden.

In addition to the wonderful floral displays, you can also admire the charm of Stumpery, the "sculpture park of nature"! Inspired by Victorian tradition, the trail is framed by a series of upside-down stumps and branches that allow shade-loving plants to grow freely on and around the stumps, and is now a sculptural paradise of ferns.
