Neuralink could be the most critical node in AI evolution

Artificial intelligence has now surpassed the stage of weak artificial intelligence (ANI), but it is still in the early stages of AGI. For the three major elements that determine artificial intelligence: algorithms, computing power, and data, computing power should be the fastest developing, and the computing power of Thor, which is expected to be launched next year, should already be perfectly competent. With the exponential growth of massive big data, algorithms should be the weakest of the three. However, in the case of continuous outbreak of computing power, diligence can make up for the weakness, and the problem is not too serious. Of course, algorithms, like human logical judgment and processing ability, are the core part of intelligence.

For humans, the vast majority of knowledge comes from predecessors and others, and artificial intelligence as a product of human beings has the same limitations.

People communicate with reading and conversation, so machine communication is much simpler - networking, WiFi, 4G, 5G and future 6G, making high-speed, reliable communication between machines a reality.

But what can unconscious machines communicate with? In the end, it still needs to be operated. So what about the breakthrough in the way machines communicate with people? What will it be like to be in the web once realized? Musk's Neuralink is already beginning to show promise in this regard, albeit with bloodshed and brutality.

A breakthrough in human-machine interfaces is only a matter of time. Based on current progress, 10-15 years should be little problem, and may even be brought forward. Once people are realized in the network, machines can communicate directly with people, and the emergence of strong artificial intelligence is not far away.

Then there is a paradox or confusion: does man become part of the machine or does the machine become part of man? But as far as strong artificial intelligence (AGI) itself is concerned, there is no point in arguing about this.

Would you like to be part of a robot? It is estimated that the vast majority of people will refuse. But the other way around? If you can make yourself strong, why not? Can you accept it?
