A life for pistachios.

After 6 long years of waiting, the fruit trees were finally covered with pistachios for the first time. Farmers have finally ushered in a bumper harvest. However, it will not be long before these pistachios will slowly split and reveal the fruit inside. In order to avoid pests and spores, farmers must harvest these pistachios as soon as possible. When the harvester is close to the fruit tree, another accompanying machine needs to dock with the harvester in time.

Then, with a violent shaking, within 5 seconds, all the fruits on the entire fruit tree will fall. And slide through the deck on the machine onto the conveyor belt below. As they continue to advance, the equipment on the machine blows out the lighter leaves and branches that are mixed within. Wait until the harvest is complete before transferring the pistachios to the body of the truck.

They are then sent by the driver to a nearby processing plant for the next step of processing. In the processing plant, workers first feed these pistachios into a huge peeling machine to remove the outer skin of the fruit. They are then poured into a huge pool of water for cleaning, while removing lighter bad fruits and empty shells. Once cleaned, they are dropped on the conveyor belt below through different pipes to the next stage.

During this process, the spray head above the machine also sprays clean water to clean them again. They are then dropped on another conveyor belt and dried in a dryer. Once the pistachios are completely dry, they are stored in huge tanks waiting for further processing.

At the same time, the workers on the other side will first pour some of the pistachios on a vibrating screen. When these pistachios bounce happily on the Internet, one of the smaller ones will fall down the corresponding hole and then go to the corresponding processing link. The larger ones move on.

Then they enter the huge drum in front of them. As they rotate along the drum, the crochet needles on top screen out the fruit with an oversized opening and place it on another conveyor belt. The selected fruits follow another conveyor belt.

In this process, a high-speed camera will quickly scan each pistachio and then blow out the bad fruit and defective individuals through a computer-controlled pneumatic device. Next, as they continue to move forward, several young ladies next to them will conduct a second check to pick out the bad fruits that the machine has not dealt with cleanly.

After layers of screening, these pistachios will enter the pasteurization equipment in front of them for sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, it is necessary to go through the last drying process. At this point, the pistachios are processed. They can then be packed together and sent to where they are needed.
