State Grid Xingan Company's planned power outage and planned power transmission are expected working hours, not actual operating time, and this operation time may be affected by weather or operation process or special circumstances or force majeure and other factors will be delayed or sent in advance; State Grid Xingan Company may also cancel the power outage operation, and the above situation will not be notified at that time.
