Later, Ye Xuan followed the believers to South Korea to continue to follow the Regency Sect, and even went to visit the sect leader Zheng Mingxie in prison. Because Ye Xuan is beautiful and versatile, Zheng Mingxie specially appointed her to sing on a large occasion after being released from prison, and later asked her to be an announcer under the name Zheng Xiujing. During this time in the Regency Church, Ye Xuan worked as a model, a preaching on the streets, a preacher and a pastor, and everything she did was for the development and growth of the Regency Church.
However, what made her feel unacceptable was the sexual assault of her by sect leader Zheng Mingxie for 4 years. Zheng Zueun, whose real name is Kim Zhisun, joined the Regency Church in 1998 at the age of 17, and has now become a core figure known as the "Holy Spirit" and "Post-Eve" in the church, and the second-in-command of the Regency Church, she was suspected of assisting Zheng Mingxian to abscond to China and other places, and was an accomplice of the sect leader Zheng Mingxian sexually assaulting or harassing female students. On April 18, South Korea's Daejeon District Court issued an arrest warrant to arrest Jung Jo-eun, the second-in-command of the Regent Sect, on suspicion of quasi-rape.
Between February 2018 and September 2021, Zheng Mingxi sexually assaulted and molested believers, including women in Hong Kong and Australia, with six known victims. Jung was due to be released at the end of his detention on April 27, but South Korean prosecutors have deemed it necessary to extend his detention and are considering additional prosecutions for the same crimes that Jung committed against other victims.
Ye Xuan was not afraid of death threats and bravely stood up to testify against Zheng Mingxie, which is really commendable, and believes that Zheng Mingxie will pay the price for his many evil deeds.
