At the beginning of the welcome meeting, Hu Rui, Director of the Human Resources Department, made a detailed report on the acceptance and recruitment of fresh graduates of our college. In 2021, after strict data review, examination and assessment, after layers of screening, the final selection of 159 fresh graduates, including: 71 doctors, 60 nurses, 14 technicians, 6 management personnel, 4 other professional and technical personnel, involving 46 departments. The first lesson of induction
In order to help new employees become familiar with the relevant work and processes of the hospital as soon as possible, from September 22 to 24, the directors of various functional departments of the hospital conducted training on the rules and regulations of the hospital, hospital management, fire safety, party building work, medical insurance management, hospital publicity, scientific research and innovation, hospital office work, medical work and style construction, hospital infection prevention and control, performance appraisal, doctor-patient relationship, continuing education, employee rights and interests, pharmaceutical management, personnel system and other aspects. Executive Vice President Jiang Xieyuan also taught the first lesson of the new employees, "Message to New Employees". He gave a comprehensive lecture on the historical evolution, discipline construction, talent introduction and cultivation, hospital development, etc., clarifying the goals and directions for the new employees, and at the same time putting forward requirements and hopes for the new employees.
