This year, I insisted on doing the following five things for my baby
1. Eliminate excessive intake of sweets and carbonated drinks, and eat more lutein-rich foods
Because sugar needs vitamin B1 in the body to help break down, vitamin B1 has a protective effect on the optic nervous system. Sweets here mainly refer to chocolate desserts, etc., excluding fruits, because fruits themselves contain a lot of vitamins.
2. When using electronic equipment or using eyes at close range, be sure to supplement the light source
Once you enter school, it means that you have opened the road to study, whether it is reading picture books or online classes, when turning on the overhead light at home, you must prepare an eye protection lamp to supplement the light source.
3. Get enough sleep
The normal rhythm of day and night plays an important role in the development of human eyes, do not stay up late.
4. Be sure to have enough time for outdoor activities
At least 2 hours of outdoor activities a day, sunlight can make the human body secrete dopamine, inhibit the growth of the eye axis, improve naked eye vision, outdoors, try to let the child look farther away, my baby generally chooses to play football or ride a bicycle.
5. Maintain good eye habits
Maintain a reading distance of more than 30cm, and after using your eyes for 20 minutes, it is recommended to rest and look away for 20 seconds.
