At 9 a.m. on March 27, 2023, a delegation of 39 representatives of all party members, teachers, Communist Youth League members and Young Pioneers of our school set off to hold the Qingming Martyrs' Tomb in Lijiajing Village, Bishidu Town.
The warm sun is shining and the breeze is blowing. All teachers and students wore masks, Party members wore Party emblems, team members wore regimental emblems, team members wore red scarves, brought cleaning tools, held school flags and Party team flags, and took school buses to reach their destination safely.
The students gathered and the Director of the Politics and Education Office explained the common sense of tomb sweeping and safety discipline. Subsequently, the activity was presided over by Ms. Jiao, secretary of the general branch of the school league.
Student representatives clean the graves of martyrs, remove weeds and garbage. Then all the teachers and students stood in front of the tomb and observed a minute of silence. Director Li of the Political and Educational Affairs Department introduced the deeds of the martyrs and called on everyone to learn from the touching deeds of the anti-Japanese heroes, carry forward the spirit of patriotism, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values, and strive to be good teachers and students in the new era.
Afterwards, representatives of party members and teachers presented baskets of flowers and silk to the martyrs' mausoleum
Bring the book "Anti-Japanese Heroes Are Immortal" and "All Communist Party Members of Bishi Middle School Offering" with 20 shiny large characters. After the party member representatives bowed deeply, all party members stood solemnly under the brightly colored party flag, raised their right hands, and relived the oath of joining the party aloud.
Then, representatives of the Communist Youth League members and Young Pioneers successively presented baskets of flowers to the martyrs' mausoleums, bowed, saluted, and relived the oath of joining the regiment.
Finally, all the teachers and students who participated in the activity took a group photo behind the martyr's tomb, and the banner in front of the team interpreted the purpose of this event: to comfort the heroic soul under the nine springs, we have not forgotten you! We will remember your glorious achievements, learn from your anti-Japanese spirit and patriotism, and water our spiritual garden with your tenacious struggle and brave sacrifice.
