2. Donation to non-profit organizations designated by the Maltese Government: 0.2W Euro.

3. Donate to the government: The applicant chooses to donate 2.8W euros by purchasing a house and 5.8W by renting a house.

4. Real estate investment: Buyers or renters need to hold for five years.

Buying: If you buy a property on the main island of Malta, the amount must not be less than 35W, and if you buy a property in Gozo/South Malta, the amount must not be less than 30W.

Rent: Minimum of €12,000/year on the main island of Malta and €10,000/year in Gozo/South Malta.
