According to the statistics of September 2020, the total number of Vatican people is only 618, and the number of Vatican national troops is only 240, what does this data mean?

Just such a small country, the total population of the country is not even the population of our village, and it happens to be surrounded by Italy, so why does no country dare to attack the Vatican?

In fact, in 1929, the Vatican and Italy signed the Lateran Treaty, and the reason why this treaty can be signed needs to go forward is that in 1870, the papal state became part of Italy, and the popes retired to the Vatican.
This place gathered a small number of people, and this small group of people became the core of the core of the Catholic Church.
So after the signing of the 1929 treaty, the Vatican became an independent country, with the national day being February 11 every year and the national anthem being the papal march.
Because Italy surrounds the Vatican, the relationship between the Vatican and Italy is extremely close, and there are only two official languages of the Vatican, one is Italian and the other is Latin.
